President Lyov Bacherikov of Dalnijrus. He's descended from Sarmatian stock, so he's quite obviously one of the most unclean people out there.

General Zod from the planet Krypton. He insists on referring to Earth as "Houston", Superman as "the son of Jor-El", and us human beings as "slaves". To hear him talk, it sounds almost like "kneel" is the only word in his vocabulary.

I nominate the current ruler of Free Furry Islands. For what crimes? Being a big baby over getting invaded and slaughtered, causing much annoyance to me everytime I see another of his threads on the I.I boards, all of them riddled with spelling mistakes, a lack of grammar, and various typos.
