Changing of the Guard *Attn Barokin*

Maldorians

Somewhere in international waters close to Barokin

The 2nd Death Watch fleet quietly waited as the DWS Dishonor and its small group of stealth ships hummed towards Barokin waters. The rest of the fleet, the ships without stealth capabilities, stayed in international waters.

The break off group, now named the 1st Death Watch Task Group, headed by Death General Itachi, were to make their way towards Barokin without being detected. This mission required the ships to mute their engines. Being concealed wouldn’t be a problem, for the operation took place at nighttime.

Fifty men of Death Watch, soldiers, Generals, and aides alike, waited aboard the DWS Dishonor for their mission. These men were handpicked from some of the most finest men in Death Watch. They were to not fail this mission.

In one of the few radar outposts located by Barokin, Barokin men idly checked the radar, looking for any signs of enemy ships. Barokin homeland defenses had been boosted significantly, mostly thanks to the CA-NPE war. These men had had no experience in the military and were some of the laziest troops in Barokin. The Maldorian stealth ships could easily get past this band of lethargic Barokins.

OOC: Lulz at lazy guys XD. Oh and if the RP is off, then don't count this. If it is still on, count this as being in it.

IC:

Barokin Waters

The Stealth Fleet slipped past the Barokin radar systems, granting them access to Barokin's main port. The Flagship of the Stealth Fleet, DWS Treachery advanced into the port as the stealth fleet waited just outside of the port. The Death Watch entourage stepped out of the battleship, expecting no resistance. They stepped into the Death Watch humvees and APC's and sped off towards Barokin...

Message to Barokin Government

We have a fleet stationed off your waters and will destroy your port. In international waters is another fleet, much larger. If you do not begin peace talks with the oncoming Death Watch delagation party, your nation's soviernty will be at stake.

-Overlord Viszla.
Supreme Overlord of Death Watch.

OOC2: Barokin said that his port was not guarded, just letting you guys know just in case. ;)

OOC: Awaiting Barokin's response. The above quotes are from the Main CA-NPE war thread.

Responding Message to Maldorians

Cease this nonsense! We will listen to whatever you want, just don’t kill the innocents. We will send a group to meet whatever you have sent at the port where you are coming.

-Barokin Defense Branch

Throughout the port city of Mahil, men scurried left and right from building to building as Barokin soldiers stood in column formation awaiting orders. All civilians were evacuated from the port, just in case. Generals Brim and Turner stood at the front of the line of infantrymen, prepared to meet the Death Watch group.

OOC: *sigh* If you just read what I said, I said 'men and ships'. And who would stop other nations from giving them money? >_< TPF, have you heard of the Taliban? Figure out how they get their money...;)

IC:

The Death Watch delegation party hopped off the ships and met the idle Barokin infantry force. The two Death Generals leading this task force, Death General Kisame and Death General Kakuzu, shook hands with the Barokin general(s) in charge.

“As you may know, we have multiple fleets off your shores. I suggest that we being talks before our men get ‘anxious’.” Stated one of the Death Generals while the entourage followed the Barokins to where the peace talks were to take place.

Overhead, F/A-18 Hornets roared off the carriers towards Barokin. Their mission; to cripple Barokin government buildings. Maverick AGM missiles would make short work of these buildings…

Another message was sent to Barokin;

Secret Transmission to Barokin

We have launched a wave of Hornets on your government buildings. Do not be alarmed, for the rest of your populace will be safe. This is just for security reasons. You get the picture.

ooc:Nice comparison...the Taliban with their shitty equipment despite getting funds from everywhere they come no where close to matching any standing army in the world..save some of the african milita's etc etc...the only reason they aren't all wiped out is because that would result in the US having to kill innocents...no corporation/terrorist group can come anywhere near close to matching the fully military might of a developed national army...basically all the people who use these massive corporate armies are essentially puppet wanking without making another nation...by fielding the corporate army..and then having a separate one their national army..its all bs...anyways again where is the orbat...?

OOC: For God's sake, Gataway, if you read anything about Mandalorians or Death Watch, you would know that Death Watch are ex-Mandalorians.

Death Watch army components *no order*:
-mercenaries
-donated weapons/men from other nations, like you saw Urcea did once. That is not a godmode. ;)
-ex-Maldorians
-some more components but not as much as ^^^

So stop wetting your pants, Gataway and learn to read

EDIT: Ill ask Barokin tomorrow if he wants it closed...:D

You are aware that Maldorians hasn't declared this closed or open yet, right? As such, he could declare it a closed RP and you couldn't do anything about it.

My advice would be to stay out of it anyway. You're meddling with powers you cannot possibly begin to comprehend.

Sadly you are only rehashing an argument that has been brought up against the CA since its creation, and yet we continue to rp fairer than any other group in all of II. You can try and refute that but keep in mind that it has been a year and we have yet to be unanimously ignored. Also you'll see that very few of us use both national and corporate assets and that the corporate element is there to enrich the rp, not wank seeing as how most of our nations are of considerable size anyway.

High Command, undisclosed location
Numerous LCD's and holographic displays lit up the room so brightly that it seemed like it was the middle of the day. Sitting around a large table were some of the generals and admirals who led TPF into war. They had received intelligence e that just an hour previously an enemy fleet had sailed past Barokin and was now waiting to receive their surrender. Well, TPF would not even let Barokin surrender. They had orders that they were to attack Barokin forces if they surrendered. Having enemy troops that close to the NPE mainland would not sit well at all with TPF. So, they had sat here and drafted up a basic plan, one which wasn't too complicated but it would serve the general purpose. The fleet was already on its way, the reserves for every branch having been called up. Ground troops could be called in later if requested.

Meanwhile nearby at 20,000 feet:

A Commonwealth Nimrod on a training flight out of the nearby NPE Joint Training Facility is flying a night time Maritime Patrol mission with a mixed rookie crew from all over the NPE and a senior instructor.

Commander McCoy from the CCM had thousands of hours in the type. There was very little that a Nimrod or anything else in the New Prussian Sea could do that would surprise him.

Ensign Schmit of Tigerland, acting as flight engineer, keyed his mike, "Commander McCoy- the electronic warfare panal is going crazy. Our surface search radar is useless. According to our instruments, there is enough active jamming going on to make us all sterile -and its close too: bearing 220."

Commander McCoy said, "OK pilot- what do you do?"

Lt. jg. Franz Schmit, a bright kid from Kamphers was sitting at pilot and replied, " I take up a parallel course about 25-30 miles away from the signal and we have a look at it on side-scal FLIR."

McCoy answered, "Yes- can someone else tell us why?"

Lt. jg. Andre Muller from TPE sitting in the co-pilots chair replied, "That's easy. So we don't fly on top of a big disagreeable task force bristling with SAMs."

McCoy chuckled. He liked these kids. They would all do well.

The pilot Schmit spoke up, "I'm changing course to 180 and activating the side-scan FLIR." Monitors that had been blank turned green and then settled into an image.

Flight Engineer Schmit took control of the FLIR and zoomed in and began recording. The cool waters of the New Prussian Sea showed up on the FLIR as a black. As he zoomed in he saw dozens of bright green ships- some of quite large types with their powerplants engauged creating IR bright heat plumes.

Schmit said, "Its a task force all right. By it electronics and heat signature, I classify it as Maldorian."

McCoy quickly ordered, "Pilot, change course 330 and decend to 300 meters. Firewall this crate; we've got to get out of here. This may be the Corperate Alliance counterattack that we've been expecting."

The Nimrod shook as its Rolls-Royce Spey turbofans tooled up to full military thrust- about 920 km/h. McCoy continued: "We want to get over the horizon from those ships and then turn toward the barn."

60 seconds later the Nimrod was 100 miles downrange and over the horizon from the task force. Schmit made the turn for a direct course the JTC.

I don't think so- how would you get a huge fleet past all of the countermeasure that the NPE has in place? We've all been on alert since the CA conflict and its inconclusive ending.

Speaking only for the CCM, I have AWACS coverage, hot CAPs and maritime air patrols up, and even surveillance satellites. I know that the other countries just aren't asleep.
