This year, many immoral alliances have been formed, GASN has been dissolved, and Tocrowia invaded the innocent Free furry islands. so we have decided to start the UCRA, which decrees that each human, or any other civilized creature will be treated equal.


Charter

Declaration 1:

Every being defined as Sentient Life, be it Human or otherwise, is to be treated with equal respect.

Declaration 2:

Nuclear weapons should only be used in emergencies in defense of an Alliance nation or a nation protected by the Alliance. Chemical and biological weapons are banned.

Declaration 3:

If this Alliance, either as a whole or in part, should be threatened, all nations in this Alliance must provide what military aid they can no matter the nation or alliance.

Declaration 4:

Mass-murder, genocide, biocide and activities of that sort are not permitted within this Alliance in any circumstances and if committed outside the alliance they may be dealt with, depending on the nation.

Declaration 5:

Individual freedoms are not to be suppressed in Alliance nations under any circumstances

Declaration 6:

For an Alliance nation to wage military conflict against a fellow Alliance nation is forbidden.

Declaration 7:

If Genocide/biocide is committed in any member state by any other nation, forces of the alliance must act to help defend the attacked nation by any means necessary

Declaration 8:

The President and founder both have equal power, but only the President can authorize the use of nuclear weapons and/or the glassing of a nation

UCRA Expeditionary force

The UCRA Expeditionary Force, or UEF, was created to perform peacekeeping and aid duties across the globe no matter the nation. They are also deployed in defense of member nations. Here is the current listing of forces:

OOC: Not a whole lot. But UCRA's been far too 'uppity' with the FFI thing. And, the poor writing of that charter has been bugging me for hours.

OOC: The Charter could use some work, but with regard to the FFI thing, I would think that Cazelia is big enough to be able to throw his weight around in the international arena. Hell, I'm much smaller than he is and I've been doing my share of axe-grinding.

The Reformed Republic recognizes the UCRA as a right and just pursuit for sovereign nations and seeks admittance into the ranks of nations willing to uphold the rights of all sentient life as exemplified by this modest alliance.

It seems the AFA thread has been locked. I won't comment on that, but hey, it seems to me the UCRA is easily made a general purpose alliance to maintain basic civil rights and so on.

Mondoth does not hold the so called 'Treaty of new Caz'e' to be in any way binding. The British Londiniam government has no right to bully the Cazelian people through force in this manner and that you would be willing to do so is an indicator of the illegitimacy of the current Londinian Government. As such, The Reformed Republic hereby withdraws formal recognition of the standing British Londinian Government and demands full reparations to Cazelia and a cessation of Imperialist actions.
