On the bridge of the R.C.S Descanso,

Captain Henry Aberforth was guiding his battleship through the Panama Canal, and as he came out the other side, he felt a big jolt, and an unsettling feeling entered his stomach, he heard crewmen say "We've lost power captain, we're at the mercy of the New Prussian Waters now...", Captain Henry groaned and leaned back, and picked up the radio, but he heard buzzing, and slammed it, "We've lost power, now the radios have gone.."

The Calizorinstan Government issued a press release that said "Dear Nations of the world, we have lost radio contact with the Peter the Great Class Battleship, the R.C.S Descanso, in New Prussian waters. It is believed to be near Kampferian waters, but as of this time we are unsure.."

the IDS moby dick, a cruiser, is in the area after a routine exersise involving monkeys and grenades. we have 12 SH-60R sea hawk rescue helicopters equiped with sonar and radar

recon planes cannot see underwater. we are dropping an ROV to explore the estimated sinking points

Lt.Steve Potter was looking for where the ship could have gone down from his RF-5E, he hoped that it didn't, it was a multi-billion dollar ship, not too mention the expenses of recovering it, and the bodies.. He saw a small island, what looked like one anyway, and he took a pass, and saw no sign of human life.. "Darn, what a shame, losing Captain Henry, he was a good man.." He thought to himself sadly..

The Intelligence Cruiser Andromeda was tooling around just outside NPE waters, doing covert surveillance on the NPE.

The captain sat on the bridge. A dot-matrix printer came to life next to him and printed orders to assist the Calizorinstanis.

"Men, we've got to go. Hoist the ADF Ensign, but put the Red Cross underneath it."

"Where are we going?" the first mate queried.

"To help the Calizorinstanis."

"But, aren't we at war with them, you know, the NPE?"

"Precisely why High Command has seen fit to send us. We're to fly the Red Cross at all times, as this is now a humanitarian mission. Here, just read the orders." The captain handed the first mate the orders, which read thusly:

RCS Descanso last seen near Kampferian waters. ObserveSat Network at your disposal. Use any means necessary.

It has come to our attention that you have lost a ship. Because of previous good relations (or so we like to think so), primarily in the UN, we are deploying one of our information-gathering ships. With the help of this ship, you should be able to locate your ship. However, tensions are high with the NPE, however, and should the ship be forced to search within territorial waters, we'd appreciate it if you would lend our crew an ensign from Calizorinstan and temporarily re-christen the ship. Either that, or just smooth things over with the government.

We agree to those conditions, we have a bad feeling that in all likely hood, it most likely sunk with all hands, judging from the no radio contact, nor have we found it on the water, we are sending a search and recovery vessel with the red cross on the side out where we suspect it sank...

The R.C.R.R.V (Research and Recovery Vessel) Macked, arrived at the site that was indicated by the Lt.Harry Potter, with Captain Red at the wheel, a sailor shouted "Sir, 15 to 30 lifeboats carrying 50 men each coming toward us, and I see 6 more with 50 each coming our way, they must be the sailors, with the captain Henry himself.."

Once the lifeboats were aboard, the 1800 sailors were aboard, Captain Henry Aberforth told the story, that they had been sailing in rough weather, when they collided into something, two shsip that he didn't know what nationality, and that the signal flares that the unknown nationality ship had launched had landed on the deck and the other accidently bumped into the R.C.S Descanso, where the gun powder had been left to dry from the magazine. Which had caused the R.C.S Descanso to go up, and the sparks leapt onto the other ship, causing it to go on fire as well, he had seen the survivors from the other ship swim towards an island...

Earlier this morning an Irondeck of Greston desent has gone missing. It is unknown how and what happened, but there is and inteligence report that it went up in flames and the last to see it was Calizorinstanian Captian Henry. His last name is unknown. Anyone with any inteligence on the missing crew and ship give us a message.

The Akimonad Defence Force Navy announced today that it had lost a CG(X)-class Guided Missile Cruiser in international waters off of the New Prussian Empire. The ship's electronic logs indicated it collided with another ship around 23:00 local time. The ship launched signal flares, which seemed to ignite something on the other ship. The ADFnavy has apologized for anything that may have happened to the other ship.

OOC: Sounds like a good opportunity to cover up some spying, even though the vessel that's spying is still afloat, and not spying anymore.

The Calizorinstan Government announces that if the two nations that lost the two ships would like, we propose a multi-nation search team for the survivors, it is known that the survivors headed towards Isle Diego, a medium sized island that would hold two crews, and yet the two crews wouldn't meet, so we are going to insert a scouting team now..


0600 in the morning, 5.2 miles north of Isle Diego, Operation Rescue Salamander...

The C-141 was flying towards Isle Diego, with a armed search team of 40 people, what wildlife on Isle Diego was unknown, but survivors of a three ship collision were known to have fled towards Isle Diego, and the 40 search team were to locate them and hopefully get them out alive...

Captain Bob Henry Red saw the R.C.S Descanso first, it was 150 feet below the water, with the superstructure sticking up, but it was badly destroyed, badly, the bridge was hardly recognizable, it was a wonder Captain Aberforth survived the incident, and it was doubtful that they could raise it economically, in fact it was sheer luck that they had been able to right the R.C.S Mira Mesa and repaired it...

All was quiet on the Bridge of the AMS Andromeda. They were searching the sea s off Kampfers.

Suddenly, the sonar displays lit up with ferocity.

"Captain, we've got something. A ship of some kind, bearing 2-3-0 degrees at 7 nm out."

"Blazes! Change course, 2-3-0 and speed up!"

The ship sped off in the direction of the other ship's signature.

Message to Assistants

We have detected the form of a ship. Little is known about, such as whether it is afloat or not or whose it is. We would appreciate rescue assistance.

Captain John Henry Red said on his bridge radio "R.C.C.V Macked to AMS Andromeda, we have found the R.C.S Descanso 150 feet under, and we plan to take pieces of it, we also found 1800 survivors of the 2100 man crew of the R.C.S Descanso, we are 3.5 nautical miles to the east of you we believe, we are near Isle Diego.."

"Andromeda to Macked. We have neared the unknown ship. It is the Greston's Irondeck, we think, lost with all hands. We will update you if the situation changes."

OOC: I made a mistake, it was in my waters WSP where it sank, it was going over to near Kampfers but never made it there, when my government announced it, we didn't know where it was, we were guestimating where it could be, sorry for not making that clear..

ooc: lol i just now noticed this thread...I am a bit troubled how fleets keep entering our waters undetected...we do have regional fleets patrolling especially since we are in a state of war etc etc...anyways im going to read up and then make a post..

The Imperial kingdom while only having a few submarines in the area would like to assist you in the search and recovery of survivors...Already en route is a salvaging/rescue fleet to aid in recovery operations...

Any and all ships entering Kampferian waters from one of the nations of the so called "Corporate Alliance" will be seen as an act of war wether they fly a humanitarian flag or not. Only NPE ships will be allowed in our waters, but the nation of Greston is allowed to withdraw their forces. All CA forces will have to be scraped off the bottom of the ocean.

OOC: So are you in Kampferian waters or not Calizornistan? If so I wanna crush these guys before they can withdraw.

the ship should be flying the Calizorinstani ensign. It's identity is safely hidden.

And besides, why would you want to sink a ship on a humanitarian mission?

I have a multilayered OBSAT system, and if you add that to my satellites from Trans, well, thats a lot of satellites. And I continually watch over the NPE homelands as well as enemies. As they say, "Watch your enemies, but watch your friends closer" or something like that.

And maybe I'm at war with you. If I am going to have a humanitarian mission, I'll be the one leading it. I didn't even agree to this rp in the first place. Intrusion on my waters by any CA vessel would be met the same way. Its called war. Complete and total war. I don't have to worry about losing shipments from CA nations as I don't have relations with any. I don't buy from griffencrest, or any other CA nation at that. Thus, any CA ship entering my waters would be immedeately classified as an enemy, and slated fro destruction. Honestly, if I had read this thread earlier, I would have said that anyone who entered my waters would be killed. :P

Also, there is no UN in II, it is a game function ya nub. And finally, I already fired on the ship. bBut it really isn't a hospital ship, so it doesnt matter.

The Akimonad resque ship has sent in reports today of the finding of missing Irondeck, Bullet Proof. An ironic name for this ship which had went to the depthes leaving no chance of life. Further reports on what the memorial will be like and the rest of the report on the other involved nations.

Calizorinstan News Channel:

The Navy has found the R.C.S Descanso, with only 250 dead estimated, most survived, a miracle compared to the sad fate that the "Bullet Proof" suffered all hands lost, it was a Greston Irondeck ship..

SIC:

The man sat on a rock plunging his boot up and down in and effort to get the water out. He finished shaking it out then stood up and called over his crew.

"Casiualty report?"

"An estimated 1,000."

"What!! There is only about 2,500 men on the ship. What the hell happened any way. All I know is that I felt the boat heave, and I was thrown against the wall, knocked unconciuos."

"Well sir an Akimonad spy cruiser crashed into the DCS Descanso, then when he set off they flares some sparks landed on the Descanso lighting it on fire. Everyone above deck saw it but they unfortunatly didn't have to many survivors. The sinking of the two large ships at the same time made a sort of momentary whirl pool which sucked us in. And as you should know when someone shoves something into the water, the water rises momentarily. so we were being suck under as the water around us rose. Then with all of that pressure on the center of the boat it just started to crack and rip killing most of us."

"Wow. So what the hell do we do? We have no radio."

"Really the only thing we can do is die. Akimonad ships said we have sunk with all hands dead."

"Shit!"
