Nope. The last time I looked at it, the New Leota Defense Corps doesn't have much in the way of FFL-type units, although enlisted persons in the Federal Force need not be Citizens, though all officers must be, and the Citizen Force has a strict policy which requires all persons, enlisted and officers be Citizens.

IC:

Not many New Leotans have signed up with the THF, though a few people have, for various reasons. Some are youngsters trying to find direction, while many more are people with something at home they need to put behind them immediately, such as gambling debts, and light criminal records.

OOC: Well The THF is great place to pay off depts and work of Criminal Offences, as joining the Military can be considered serving time. So Hopefully you don't get your face blown off, and you'll do fine from all the things you earn.

For the military service conducted in the TFA by these persons to be seen as counting against outstanding prison sentences in New Leota would require the New Leotan Federal Government's formal agreement by a treaty.

More people from New Leota have enlisted in the THF, though the numbers have remained beneath one thousand. Mostly, they are people with records in the Federal Courts System.

It is exptected the New Leotan Federal Government will investigate these people and issue extradition requests in cases involving outstanding sentences.

We are willing to send 100 Asteroid Legion Soldiers to your domain for training and implants. This would consist of 90 powered armor troops, and 10 light space mecha. We would ask in turn that 100 of your troops be sent for legion training as a military exchange of methods, weapons, and training.
