TO ALL HEADS-OF-STATE:

The Sovereign Principality is inviting all nations to send a delegate to the Summer Palace in Aiyin, the capitol of Acteraia, to meet and discuss matters of diplomatic importance with His Royal Majesty: Prince Joshua Halsburg. Other members of the Halsburg Family will be attending the meetings; most notable are: Edward Halsburg, Prince Joshua's son. Isabel Halsburg, Prince Joshua's sister. And Fredrick Halsburg, Prince Joshua's brother.

It is my personal hope that many nations will send delegates to the Summer Palace. It will aide in the establishment of healthy relations between the older countries of the world and the nation of Acteraia.

For those nations intending to send a delegate to Acteraian:

The nation of Acteraia is on an island so each dignitary will arrive by aircraft. Upon their arrival at the Halsburg International Airport they will be escorted to the Summer Palace via protective convoy. There is no immediate danger present at the time in Acteraia, but the convoy merely standard procedure for the protection of the foreign diplomats.
