The Defense Ministry of the Cevnian Federation is sending an official request for military hardware to the international community. They have issued a budget card to all nations:

Total Federal Defense Budget: - $95,905,872,707.04 (18% of Total Government Expenses)

Federal Spending Budget - $47,952,936,353.52 (0.5% of Total Defense Budget) [The other 48 Billion (rounded) will be spend on maintaining all purchased military hardware]

The near 48 billion the Federation will be spending on actual hardware will be subdivided further into thirds.

Cevnian Federal Army (CFA) - $15,984,312,117.84
Cevnian Federal Navy (CFN) - $15,984,312,117.84
Cevnian Federal Air Forces (CFAF) - 15,879,312,117.84 (Purchased three aircraft from British Londinium)
