Order of America now has to face this problem: Loyalist Urcean Guerrilla/Resistance Armies.

Here's some statistics:
Virginia Beach: Headquarters. Military forces formerly occupying the fort become Loyalist forces and do not leave the order. 3,000 former regular forces there and 750 Loyalist Guerrilla/Militia forces in the Fort. Forces are trying to take over the city.
Florida: The Army of Florida refused to leave. Trying to take over Florida. 75,000 troops and 1 armored division. An additional amount of soldiers are quartering in the state as "Loyalist Reserves"
Boston: 300 Regular troops, 120 Guerrilla forces. Trying to take over the city.
Hartford: 200 Regular troops, 100 Guerrilla forces. Also with them is a large force of students from UCONN in Mansfield and Hartford. 1,000 Students (armed with pistols, pitch forks, knives, spears, etc.). Trying to take over the city.

The Urcean government does not support the Loyalists, however will not violate the NAP to arrest them.

"Mr. President, Mr President! The Minister was walking briskly towards President Jefferson. "Yes, Minister, What is it?" Minister Lee had a small frown on his face. "Sir, the Rebellion has foced our men out of Boston and Hartford". The President with a growl of frustration and anger turned to one of his aids and said "I want to speak to General Buraguard in 10 Minutes."

Bogatra, Military Spire:

The General was sitting quietly in his conference room surrounded by his General and Commanders. They had been discussing what action they were going to take in reaction to the recent moves of the rebellion when the Military advisor interrupted saying the President would be coming online to discuss the Matter. The General looked down at his watch and saw that the President was ready to receive the disscussion, he punched a red button on the Conference table. As he did this the President, The Minister of Defense, The Vice President, and The Minister of State appeared on a television screen in the White House. The President spoke first saying "General, I am sure you are a aware of the Current situation in Boston and Hartford". The General Looked down at a stack of papers on the table and said, "Yes Mr President, I am aware of the current Situation sir. My Generals have assesed the Situation and have come up with this solution: Mr President we have just made a purchase of a new battle tank, we expect 350 tanks will be out in the field by the end of the month. We are now expecting a massive enlargement of our Naval forces. Once this happens we will blockade Florida and Boston Harbor. We will then disperse our militia to Florida and Boston harbor. At this point all rebel forces should be crushed". The President looked very Pleased. "Very well", He said, while you are putting this plan into action we will begin talking to Urcea in the hopes that they can provide us with air and Military support.

The Frigate which had been stolen from New York harbor had arrived in Boston. It was not the strongest ship ever, but it might help. The Boston Army command had assigned 220 loyalist seamen to the ship, which was named ULS Liberty. This had formed a loyalist navy, which would be further used.

The museums were looted, and they armed an additional 2,000 troops.

The last smuggler had came and left. The fort was now stocked with all sorts of equipment: as many ''10 shells that they could fit. They received quite alot of rations, ammunition, clothing, helmets, weapons, grenades. They had also received 1 Bofors 40mm gun, and two Patriot missile systems. They were ready for a fight.

In Florida

The Army of Florida had been pushed back off the panhandle and out of South Carolina: they had lost about 3,400 men. It was a trade however, in losing the panhandle and South Carolina, they had secured all of the Florida peninsula, and all of the keys.

In the madness, they were able to add a "militia armored division". Basically, it was anything they could get. Some vehicles in this MADs were up-armored pickup trucks with 40mm AA guns on the back, M3 Lee tanks, and anything else they could find in the museums.

The museums had provided armored support for many groups of soldiers, and it had armed many militia. Overall, they armed 4,000 more troops.

They gained 30 PT boats from sea museums, and had refit them for service. They also armed medium sized yachts with 120mm guns, 40mm AA guns, Patriot missiles, and anything they could find.

Florida was ready to fight.

4 destroyers given to our military by Urcea have now been ordered to bombard Boston harbor. The USS Kong(Wasp Class) is stationed off the coast of Florida to begin to gain air superiority over the Rebels.

More to come as I gain more Military equipment.

ULS Liberty fired all weapons. Besides the stock weaponry, it had a 155mm artillery gun on it. It fired all guns at the fleet, and, once Liberty was too badly damaged to continue, it rammed the lead ship. After it did this, Liberty exploded. There were no bodies however, as the crew on board had stripped all guns and above-deck missile systems off the ship, and abandoned ship.

The problem was mounting: although the resistance had lost a ship, they had all of its weapons plus other unknown "goodies" for coastal defenses.

In a surprising move, the Armies of Connecticut and Massachusetts have merged into the Army of Greater New England. Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut have been fully conquered. The Army is now advancing into Vermont.

Seeing the success of the others, New Hampshire has started its own army of 3,000 men. They have taken the New Hampshire territory, and are advancing into Maine.

Florida has dug in. Above them, enemy aircraft fly over. However, they were not defenseless: they fired their patriot missiles at the aircraft. People in civilian planes have mounted machine guns and have taken to the sky to shoot down the enemy planes. Also, they have acquired 15 F/A-18 Hornets and 5 Harrier jets from an airfield (abandoned by Urcean forces during cession of territory).

On the Maldorian-Order border, 300 Loyalists, commissioned by the Army of Florida, are dressed up in Order of American uniforms. They had taken the equipment from dead Order soldiers: everything from Uniforms to identity cards, birth certificates (stolen), etc. They went over the border, and found there a small Maldorian military camp. They threw in grenades and then opened fire on the troops. This "Order of America" scouting force had lost 214 troops. The Maldorians had captured 23 of the combatants, and the rest were killed.

On the Maldorian-Order border, 300 Loyalists, commissioned by the Army of Florida, are dressed up in Order of American uniforms. They had taken the equipment from dead Order soldiers: everything from Uniforms to identity cards, birth certificates (stolen), etc. They went over the border, and found there a small Maldorian military camp. The 23 captured men were dragged to one of the few Maldorian strongholds located in Maldorian-occupied OoA. These men were thrown into jail cells without food until an official order of what to do with them was made.

"Sirs! Order of America forces have attacked one of our camps in the area!" reported a soldier while consulting with the War Chamber.

"Send a message to them demaning their absolute surrender. If not, then we will attack.

To:Order of America

You attack us in the midst of a conflict in your region. We will not tolerate such disgrace. Surrender all of your military forces in the region or we will intervene.

The 99th Maldorian Task Force had been sent to the Atlantic Ocean to support the attacked Maldorian forces. Any enemy fleets or forces standing in their way would be destroyed.

Emperor William Kennedy shook his head in disgust as he watched the action on his television screen. He had hoped that there would be no more fighting, and that he could comfortably gain an alliance with the Order of America without Urcea sticking it's nose where it didn't belong.

But now, as William observed the movement of Urcean and Maldorian troops across OoA territory, he saw that he could not achieve anything with their presence in this region.

He turned to his three Joint Chiefs, that where standing at his side.

"Gentlemen," he started. "You know that I am not one to start or jump into a military campaign based on personal feelings alone."

"Not anymore at least." muttered General of the Army Nicolai Trotsky.

The Emperor shot Trotsky a dirty look before continuing. "What we have here is a small nation, the Order of America, that is trying to get back on its feet. Yet the presence of the Urceans and Maldorians is preventing that. They are a negative influence in the OoA, and I believe that they've overstayed their welcome."

There was silence throughout the office.

"Does this mean that we're sending in our forces to free the OoA?" ventured General of the Air Force Salazar T. Sherman.

Emperor William nodded. "Aye," he said. "We're sending troops, ships, and aircraft. The whole nine yards."

He turned to General Trotsky. "Mobilize the 4th Army Group. I want Field Marshal Trubetskoy's forces ready to go within 2 days. We'll send them to the OoA in ten of those "Ouroboros" Super Heavyweight Air Transports."

The General gave a crisp salute. "Yes sir!" he replied in an enthusiastic tone.

Next, the Emperor turned to Admiral Augustine. "Contact Fleet Admiral Ging. I want her 5th Fleet to set a course towards the OoA shores immediately!"

The old Admiral bowed. "It will be done, Your Majesty."

Finally, the Emperor looked at General Sherman. "General, I want Air Fleets Ten through Twelve mobilized and ready for deployment. In addition to that, I want two wings of Su-37s for every Ouroboros that we send over there. Increase the Black Sea Patrol to wartime readiness, and order all territories to prepare every Talon, Stargazer, and LEOSF-1 for deployment."

He paused to catch his breath. "And General, if it comes down to it, we may need those weapons satellites as well."

The General of the Air Force stood at attention and gave a firm salute, never once breaking eye contact with the Emperor.

"All that you request will be done, sir." he said finally.

William breathed a sigh of relief. "Excellent." he slumped back into his seat.

"Your Majesty," spoke up Admiral of the Navy Vittorio Augustine. "Perhaps we can get our allies in the Free World Alliance to lend us a hand?"

"Or even West Corinthia!" added General Trotsky. "They owe us a favor by now, don't they?"

The Emperor looked up. "Yes, the FWA..." he grinned. "If we get their support, then we'll have the Rapid Response Force fighting alongside us. We'll even get our 6th Army Group to help in the combat!

"And as for West Corinthia, well, they've certainly suffered in the past, but they have to potential to stand head to head with the Wilhelm-Hatarian Empire."

"They have a very hardcore military." added General Trotsky. "They are not afraid of dying in battle. An opponent like that is a tough one to beat."

"First thing's first, however." said Emperor William. "We have to prepare our defenses before we make our intentions known..."

One hour later, across Wilhelm-Hatarian territories throughout the world, wings of Talons, Stargazers, and LEOSF-1s started taking off from Air Force bases. The Talons held position at 100,000 feet, the Stargazers at 160,000 feet, and the LEOSF-1s climbed into Low Earth Orbit and took position over Wilhelm territory. Closer to the ground, Air Armada One left the air force base in Yalta and started taking up positions around the Black Sea.

Meanwhile, on the seas and oceans, fleets and carrier groups mobilized and began patrolling their waters. Armada One had left the base at Sevastopol and was taking up positions around the Black Sea. The 1st Fleet in the Bosporus, and Dardanelles Straits had been given orders not to let any unknown or unallied ships enter the waters. The 2nd Submarine Group started patrolling the Aegean Sea.

The armies and army groups also started to mobilize. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Army Groups of Crimea, the Azores, New Caledonia and Algeria respectedly, started recalling their troops and activating their AA batteries. Theater One, located on the Crimean Peninsula, also mobilized their forces and went to work setting up the homeland defenses.

As all this was going on, the Joint Chiefs were pulling together the Expeditionary Force to be sent to the Order of America. They had also prepared a skeleton crew for the mothballed ships and aircraft that the Empire had originally intended to give the OoA in exchange for a 99 year lease on the Greater Boston Area. This new conflict had thrown the deal into disarray, but Emperor William was determined to salvage it.

Boston was his hometown, and he longed to set foot in his native land once again...

This asinine and foolish conflict has continued long enough in the eyes of the People's Sovereign Republic. I ask that all nations participating in these escalating hostilities stand down and agree to attend a peace conference, which will be hosted in the Londinian city of Pembrey Beach. If Order of America, Urcea, and the allies of either nation insist on being unreasonable, then the People's Sovereign Republic will have no choice but to deploy the 22nd Peacekeeping and Stabilization Division to enforce a prudent and reasonable mindset throughout the Americas.

Cazelian aircraft flew right over the Maldorian coastal defense positions. Patriot batteries opened fire at the uncespecting craft. If any Cazelian aircraft were to survive, Maldorian F-22 Raptor's would take off, dealing with whatever was left.

M109 Howitzers launched a deadly barrage at the Cazelian camp. After the barrage ceased, Tanks rolled in, engaging the Cazelians.

Meanwhile, in the Azores island chain, the 5th Fleet, under the command of Deborah Ging, had arrived at the naval base in Ponta Delgada.

The rest of the Expeditionary Force had already gathered. The three Air Fleets dominated the sky, while upon the sea, sat ten of the largest air transports in the world: the HTS-O2C "Ouroboros" Super Heavyweight Air Transport. At the moment, troops and equipment from Field Marshal Ivan "the Terrible" Trubetskoy's 4th Army Group were being loaded into their massive cargo bays.

There was also a wide variety of fighters and bombers that had been prepared for the potential mission ahead. The Wilhelm-Hatarian Empire wasn't messing around. If push came to shove, they would defend the Order of America, and themselves, to the best of their abilities.

The television screen flickered as a loud thud shook the earth. Czar Valerius Ptolemy was sitting in the war room of the Imperial Palace with his generals. Besides the Czar's own bedroom, it was the only room in the entire palace that had been renovated since the overthrow of Tribunal rule one month earlier. The thud had been caused by a team of movers who had carelessly dropped an ornate couch onto the floor of a nearby room. Work had been difficult, but West Corinthia was slowly returning to it's former self. The monarchy had been re-established in the finest manner of Corinthian tradition-through force- and the Imperial Palace was being renovated to be fit for a monarch.

However, the new Czar had more important matters on his mind than the carelessness of the construction crews throughout the palace. He was watching a news report on the Order of America. Czar Ptolemy was sympathetic to the plight of the Americans, and he had pledged to help them in the past. The news report made clear that Urcea was likely behind the rebel activities in OoA. However, the Czar only exuded confidence as he absorbed the latest intel.

The news report ended, and Czar Ptolemy rolled in his chair to face the generals. He stood and folded his hands neatly behind his back, allowing everyone in the room to see the various medals adorning his Corinthian officer's uniform. As Czar, he had direct authority over the armed forces of West Corinthia, but was also the ranking officer of the Myrmidon corps, the elite special forces of Corinthia. "Gentlemen, what do you think?"

General Horatius Cornelius was the first to speak. "Crush the CA dogs. Pound them into oblivion. Our armed forces have never been stronger, and they are experienced from fighting the Tribunal."

Czar Ptolemy nodded and looked for another response. He received it from General Tacitus Agrippa. "The people are looking for a unifying cause. Let it be OoA. However, I don't think we have justification to go to war with Urcea. The best we can do is to aid OoA, but let us contact Wilhelmsborough first. They are already involved, and have more information than we do."

"I agree." the Czar answered. "You are all dismissed." As the generals slowly made their way out of the war room, Czar Valerius picked up a phone and dialed the Department of Foreign Affairs. "I need you to draft a message to Wilhelmsborough. Send it to me when you're finished so that I may sign it. General Tacitus Agrippa will brief you on the details." he hung up the phone receiver and headed to the armory in the basement of the palace. The basement was equipped with a full shooting range, and the Czar needed to let off some steam.

The 1,000 man troop of riot armed police officers asks for the permission of Urcea and its allies to land to commit its forces to its stated mission. Zackaroth refuses to enage in these peace talks at all. While we cannot give out spefics, there are some secert talks between us and the Mandalorians. We cannot say anything more than that. Peace talks have been tried once before and failed. Ucrea has no part in this. Only the Loyalist bastards torwards them do. These rebels have shown to be nothing but thugs and will stop at nothing to stop from taking over the land that does not belong to them. These peace talks do not concern us anyways. The military command of Qadesh vastly mis estimated the tactical situation on the ground in these lands. Thus, Qadesh is looking to exit the conflict, and figured peace talks were the quickest way to excise itself from the conflict. Due to that fact, Qadesh offers to put at your disposal, anything you may require it to faciltate its exit from this conflict. Perhaps, at a later date, we might begin diplomatic relations. The ink was wet but the deal was sealed. Zackaroth and Maldorian officals where finally at an agreement. Zackaroth would give up one of its finest islands plus 20 million barrels of oil. In return the Maldorians would be able to keep half there soilders and there current fleet there till the siuation at home got worse. The other half of soilders would be secertly transported to a CA friendly nation who would then fly them back to there home land.


Still SIC:

Meanwhile the Zackarothian fleet made up about 10 carriers and 15 battle cruisers waited outside the shores of of OoA. About 100 carrier planes flew off. Each carrying about a hundred soilders. The goal was trying to get in 5,000 soilders by the end of the week. And the goal for the month was to try and get 500,000 in by the end of the month. The planes landed in the early in the morning at one of the airports.

Commander Ali Hamas stepped of the plane and on to the concrete ground. He was put in charge of this operation. This area would server as the base of operations when Zackaroth decided to confront the Loyalists and crushed them.

A small Battle Fleet approached The Order of America. It consisted of 2 supercarriers, 3 regular carriers, 4 battelships,2 troopships, and 3 hospital ships. The troopships held 10,000 Marines that would help put down the rebellion.
