Authorized today by Samuel J. Benson, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Andaras Prime, the SSRAP will extend to nations around the world the opportunity to exchange embassies within our capital Augustgrad, and to engage in diplomatic channels with their counterparts. The embassies will be done on a case by case basis, so that the state can evaluate each application here and then decide, and if it is agreed to the SSRAP will in return send an embassy to that nation to complete the exchange, at that time I will evaluate the diplomatic procedures for establishing said embassy in each specific nation, and I will say who the ambassador will be and other requirements depending between nation to nation. Although we will accept most applications, it should be understood that our nation wishes primarily to establish close ties with other Communist/Socialist states, and indeed also to only procure military assets from friendly communist states.
