Miroxian War: vs. Datium
I, Dictator Roland Adams III, under false accusations, declares the Miroxian War. The enemy, the Confederacy of Datium, is trying to overthrow me. The capital has been occupied with top soldiers. The animals are being put into safe protection! Let the war commence. Armies are invading the Datiumian Bases as we speak!
OoC: You know, I really hate to rain on your parade, but you have no defense budget and, therefore, no army whatsoever. You need to pay for guns, ammunition, tanks, etc. as well as salaries and if you can't do that, the next best thing is handing out pointy sticks to your citizens.

OOC: I'll humor you for a moment. Assuming these people decided to leave their paying jobs and families to fight for a dictator which hasn't been in power for even a year, how would you transport them, clothe them, feed them, and arm them? much less, how would you continue to run supplies from your factories to your army?
The dictator supplies it all with his money and the taxes.

Sorry, but the money donated is infinitely small compared to the funds that the war recieves from the government (BILLIONS per week).

The Datius Naval Force picks up 1,500 infantry unts from the south-west coast...
"We shouldn't take threats so seriously... thats $1.5mil blew on a bloody fake war!"
with the flag of Datium flying high the frigates left... out of sight.
