The new leader has put a draft into action to defend the west border. He is also requiring certain laws, and a stronger army.

okay Miroxia but i will leave 50 infantry units in the Datius Embassy here in Miroxia and back out but with an Island colony nearby... as soon as (or if) any citizens are mistreated we'll be straight there okay?
