Dear Nations of the World, our fine and proud monarchy would like to start up relations with fellow nations. Let me explain what our country is: Neko-Opolis is a costal country populated by neko (Feliosapiens) We are peaceful and prefer not to fight wars unless it's to protect the people. However because we are diffrent few care to associate. But we are still willing to try. We ask that other countries start up relations with us. Trade and business welcome. There is no need to fear us, we aren't human but we have hearts. We bleed if we are pricked; we cry, we bathe and we don't mind the water. We are just as freindly as any human. Consider us we wish you all well

Still awating responses Misaki took to the hotsprings to relax and ease her tention. If no one would respond then what?

Yosuke contiuned with duties of state ocasionally checking the phone to make sure it was working. He also constantly checked the internet to see if anyone had chosen to respond.

My home is relatively small and lacks international diplomatic bonds warranting mention. We would like very much to change this immediately with an exchange of formal embassies.

If you accept, we plan to send David W. Wallace to serve as our first Ambassador, with an entourage largely composed of diplomatic workers and a very light security force.

Though our nation only contains a very small Neko population, it has been mostly because we have had lost contact with out Neko nations, We are pleased that there are still other Nekos surviving in the world. We would love to open relations with your nation.
