Welcome, all! Siasia sends greeting and good wishes. The council and I were discussing a matter of Roleplay in this morning's meeting. It has come to our attention that since starting this great nation, we have no idea of what is going on. We once ruled a large and popluar nation, until the rebels took over our capitol. We were forced into exile, and have since reappeared. Unfortunately, our Council Member, Tatinal Grosgy, in charge of Roleplay, has run off with the last remaining bottle of Whiskey and the floozy Sue. We don't expect to ever meet him again.

Siasia would very much like to get into Roleplay, but it has come to our attention that we need someone to teach us this. Any nation willing to do so, is asked to send us a telegram.

I am not familiar with this "roleplay" concept of which you speak, but I could send an ambassador to your nation to discuss diplomatic relations.

Our nation is at war, so a military alliance is out of the question. However, diplomacy is always an option, regardless of what some hotheads may think.

[OOC: Roleplay falls into two categories in my experience: diplomatic / political RP, which is basically character interaction - just talking, like characters in a movie do (roleplaying is just that - playing a role, and you've done that if you've been in a school play) - only your characters are talking to other characters about their nations, political systems, etc., and war RP, which you might want to stay away from until you've gotten a working knowledge of tactics.]

OOC: +1 to that. You usually don't talk about "Role Play" in the "in character" - or, in otherwords, in the game - part.
