Important People and their Bio's:

Commandante Arkadi Koslovic: Born in the town of Petrozavodsk in 1968, his family suffered under the rule of the Socialist Oppressors. In 1995, when the Oktober Revolution took place, he fought alongside his fellow man and warded the Oppressors out of the nation during the two year civil war. He suffered the loss of his family to a Socialist bombardment of Petrozavodsk which led him to become more cold and ruthless towards non-Northerners. Once the Socialists, were pushed out or eliminated, he joined the Imperial Republican Party and quickly rose up the ranks of the Party with his aggressive tactics and great charisma. The People ultimately chose him as the first Commandante of the Imperial Republic in 1997, and in his initiation he promised that in ten years, he would unite the Empire and maintain it to a state where he could strike back at The Oppressors. After a viscious internal cleansing campaign, and a heavy propaganda and nationalist rhetoric, he achieved his ten year goal to the delight of the people. With the military revamped and rearmed, he promises a new age for the people of the Republic, an age of prosperity, victory, and vengence.

Field Marshal Konstantin "The Reaper" Rovanovic: Born on the edge of Sudentor in 1971, Konstantin had a tragic childhood. His family died from the artificial plagues released by The Oppressors, he grew up alone and spiteful of his enemies. He developed a career of violence after he murdered a Socialist border guard in a dispute over travel papers. He joined a resistance group and participated in several raids on ammo dumps and troop barracks. During the Oktober Revolution he led a ragtag regiment of defecting troops who successfully took over an fuel depot and the armored vehicles within it, leading to the eventual capture of Sudentor from The Socialists. After the initiation of Commandante Koslovic, he was granted command of the 3rd Imperial Army, "The Executors," due to his galliant career during and after the occupation. He earned his nickname due to his scorched earth and take no prisoners tactics, specifically a raid on a Socialist barracks where he brutally lined up and executed all of the surrendering Socialists soldiers and their families on the parade grounds of the base.

General Karim "The Skewer" Nazabayev: Karim was born in the former town of Almar near the Desolace quarantine zone in 1959. His father was a traditional Khazak who was skilled in the art of swordsmanship, a skill he passed on to Karim. When Karim was age 16, the Socialists invaded his Kazakh lands. He fought in the resistance, but the radiological weapons employed by the Socialists wiped out his home town, thus creating the desolace quarantine zone. With over one million of his people dead at the hands of The Oppressors, he began his quest for revenge. When the Northern Imperial Republic invaded to wipe out the oppressors, he jumped at the oppurtunity to ally himself with them. He led raids on Socialist bases and cities, including the one where he got his reputation as "The Skewer." During a raid on Ural'sk, in an act of revenge for his fallen people, Karim personally decapitated two hundred Socialist soldiers and skewered their heads on poles outside the town. After this act, he was placed in command of the Shock Troops by The Commandante.

We would like to know whether we could purchase 12 Blackjacks and 24 Backfires to add to the Air Defense Force.
We would also like to inquire whether the Dominion could purchase 12 Su-47 fighters to fill in the gap between the finalization of the Black Widow II fighter and the development of the future domestic fighter of the Dominion.
