Changes:
Followed RL unit types (rather than using my NS designs), except the following:
Eliminated 76 mm and 130 mm field guns
‘trimmed down’ the various types of aircraft
adding the Yak-12 as compensation

Can't find any stats on what kind of Navy they would have, so I'll leg that as I go.

Changes to be made later:
Replacing the 76 mm of the PT-76 with a 122 mm D-30 howitzer (2S1 standard)
And fitting the PT-76 turrets to suitable wheeled APCs

I was wondering about arming them with Chinese Type-81 Weapons rather than Soviet AKs.

Livingstone I presume, would be the minister of Defense (simply as a parody on names and titles [and because my current MoFA is dead])

I've been also meaning to replace 'Leader Milo' due to his suppressive nature against locals (Just coudn't think of a suitable way to 'off' him openly in any RP)

So if I do start, it would be with the opening stages of a coup or even a full out revolution, after which the only thing I'll make certain of is the swift abscence of Leader Milo.:mp5:

My goal wuldn't be to gain or take land, but just to survive the RP with a nation intact after a near apocoliptic revolution.

I should really work on starting that RP.

I gave a slight twist on character outlinnes, plus added 'Livingstone' for some added flair.

Milo: Former/current despotic leader of the nation
-Gumbal: MoFA, killed in attempted coup against Milo, former head of CHIA
--Donnovan, the subordinate of Gumbal, was originally the CO of the Hutrian Marine Raiders that countered Gumbal's coup, and is now the de facto MoFA
-Mendez: The sadistic leader of the HOI mercenaries

'Grant': Leader of a 'mafia' which is actually a small band of rebels against the current government, he has a number of subordinates.

Livingstone: Your average civy with slightly above average charisma, and a dream

Project HE80:
I suppose this would be my only 'suspension of disbelief' element.

HE80 is an NS developed 'zombie' esque chemical/biological cocktail.

For the sake of this RP, it'll be rather unreliable to achieve intended/expected resaults (violent compulsive riots), though it would do some pretty 'freaky' things.

So it'll pretty much just set their cognitive functions near zero and make them a bit crazy/delusional. A few cases of violence may occur, hopefully making effective mass treatment impossable, letting the 'disease' run its full course.

It was originally a 'cheap' alternative to Nuclear MAD.

The reason why I'd keep this is as a plot device to consider.

The most apparent dissadvantage is that it can backfire, but doesn't spread indefinately, as it requires a living host to work, and losses effectiveness with each transmission of the disease due to imbalances in the cocktail, and the possability that the person is LSD tolerant and a carrier of HIV... (thus keeping the HIV catalyst in check which also prevents the modified ergot and various enzyme producing bacteria from flourishing in the bloodstream to produce LSD and other hallucigenic by-products).

That or I settle for plain chemical/biological weapons used en masse
And use HE80 merely as a 'front' to hopefuly keep invaders out.

Preferably after but I'll just put up that up with the embassies and the consulates and the FTA.
