The Constitutional Monarchy of The Royal Caribbean has gained its autonomy and wishes to join the ranks of the other prestigious nations of the world. In order to become a better member of the worlds nation's, we feel it is of the utmost importance to establish strong relationships with our neighbors for the betterment of both parties.
