Ok, if anyone knows anything about my people The Black agents or Blackatia Agentie are now locked in a brutal civil war with a group of exiles called the Rogutis Agentie or Rogue Agents, for a long time the Rogutis where completely made up of exiles who where kicked out of the Blackatia Agentie for commiting violent crimes or breaking the Code of Honor. But after the second civil conflict which almost killed all the Blackatia Agentie, but with the civil conflict being won by the current Grandmaster who is named " Seven" the Blackatia have reestablished the Blackatia Agentie and has banned the actions of the Rogutis Agentie from ever being mentioned. But a Grandmaster of the Rogutis Agentie has also arisen and has organized the Rogutis Agentie and has made them Self-sustaining and has gained numbers. This has made tensions between the two group grow 10 fold and soon a full conflict is going to erupt that will be larger then that of the second civil conflict.

As of now what is needed is nations who are willing to host both Blackatia Agentie Facilities and financial assets and Rogutis Agentie facilities and Assets ( buildings, oil derricks, etc...) as well as safe houses and training centers.

If you would like to house one or both groups please post below. I promise this will be a great RP as I do not expect one liners and expect the best of those I RP with.

What would we have to do in terms of our involvement in this struggle? Would we need to use military and police units to engage these assassins and to stop the attacks or just as response units to investigate the aftermath and try to understand whats going on?

But either way I would be willing to host both sides right now.....

In Rastoria's Criminal Underworld known to Outsiders as the Outfit, the Syndicate (a collection of Italian Mafia Crime Families) rules with an Iron hand inside a velvet political glove. The Syndicate is always looking for private mercenaries and contract killers to eliminate it’s many rivals. If either of the Blackatia Agentie or the Rogutis Agentie are willing to help out the Syndicate in this goal. The Syndicate would gladly provide safehouses and hide hidden finances, and provide smuggled weapons ranging from small arms, to military combat vehicles...

The Rogutis Agentie are the ones who do the " minor " assassinations.

What do you mean by "minor" assassinations? The Outfit has all levels of people killed ranging from the wealthy and the Elite of Rastorian society to the lowest punk kid trying to make a name for himself on the streets...

A minor assassination would be classified as an assassination that would have no direct international effect. Minor is not a low class term just the level in which the death will cause in its effect.

Yeah, The Outfit tries not to kill foreign leaders unless a contract is put on their heads for a hefty sum of money. The Syndicate does not want to get Interpol and other Anti organized Crime Agencies on their case. I think we will work with the Rogutis Agentie...

Well the Blackatia Agentie are very selective of the marks they accept, as the Rogutis are very liberal with handing out marks. But cool, so I will add you as a Rogutis Agentie housing nation.

The Syndicate won't mind having the Rogutis Agentie inside their territory provided they don't interfere with Outfit's illegal businesses or kill civilians and made guys without permission from the Syndicate. (or at least hide the evidence from the Syndicate’s bosses and underlings…)

The Rogutis tend to be lone wolves, and they would probably help you in your illegal activities, and would train other " Lesser " agents to assist in your operations. to be blunt about the differences in the two groups... One is honorable the other is not. One kills those that will not benefit the world by living. The other kills who ever they are hired for... no questions asked. One is bound by the law of Honor and rituals the others is free and unchained in their methods. Polar opposites of each other.

The Rogutis would have a very welcoming home in Rastoria's underworld. The Outfit is always looking for more muscle in the streets and "lesser" agents helping in the illegal activities would provide the made guys some protection from being fingered by the cops.

This relationship could be very profitable and might get the Outfit on the Rogutis side in a fight should they request for the Syndicate to send in some "specialists” to help deal with the Blackatia Agentie.

We will have to make a new thread, would you like to host it? alliance discussion between our peoples? im all for it and have been for quite some time...it could be new discussion...but with a little bit of background stating why we couldn't continue last time but i leave that to you to be creative if you decide to make the thread...lol so we can discuss alliance.
