Dramatic news music plays over the animated titles. "Live From Mac Anu This is Steven Zungia"

"Good evening thoes of you here in Aqua Anu and around the World, it's been months in the wake of the devastation of Hurricane Karen, a category 5 which left a path of distruction on our islands and thousands dead. But as the research goes on, the Royal Science Comittie is thinking of abandoning the traditonal Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale. With me tonight head Of the Royal Science Comittie Rt.Hon. Dr. Joseph Gonzalas, as well as Princess Subaru and Dutchess Amber Zarwick who is bring about this legislation in the Royal Parliament. Doctor you first Karen is so being labled as a Category 6 which is usually the thing of really bad TV Movies, what is causing this so called brand?"

"Well it should be noted that this is not offical and not endorsed by the Royal Severe Storms Labratory, The Royal Climate Center really just a psudonym to describe the effect of Karen, we never did clock an accurate wind speed the meters blew off 142 mph (228 km/h) with a peak gust of 169 mph (272 km/h). It's the most devastating Huricane to hit Aqua Anu in years."

"All right we're going to take a quick break and we'll be back later."

"Wlecome back, our discussion Hurricane Karen and the changes the Royal Government is making about the hurricane Systerm. Your Highness let's talk with you, what sort of changes are you brining about?"

"Well as you mentioned we are thinking of getting ride of the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale and starting a new scale for Aqua Anu to better asses the damage loss of life and to better asses the Warning Scale. Curently Category 5 is the only time we will raise the scale to a Level 1 Red Alert. This was also the only time we skipped over Hurrcane Watch and Warning and went right to Hurricane Emergencey probably which no one does. We need a scale that more accuratley describes hurricanes rather than this. I persoanlly felt the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale is just not accurate enough to issues a mass evacuation of Aqua Anu and to lose more life and property."

"Well more on this when we return stay with us."

RE: Disaster Assistance

_____________________________________________________

We stand ready to assist you in the wake of this horrible disaster.

We have set up a disaster grant of 100,000,000 $US to be administered by DMG International Bank with which you can immediatly purchase relief and recovery supplies on the open market.

In addition to direct monetary aid, we can respond with a hospital ship and fast transport full of food, medicine and equipment to assist in your recovery.

We know that in times like this that it feels like you are all alone. I'm glad to say that help is on the way.

Respond ASAP because our hospital ships aren't fast and we'll need to get them under way as soon as possible. We need permission for a hospital ship, 2 merchant ships and a small escort to accompany them. Our ships don't need dock space but it would be useful for at least the hopital ship. They have helicopters and hovercraft and can operate from anchorage offshore if necessary.
