Recently the Firehelper government has declared that it would seek out and destroy any and all terrorist activities within its borders. Now its military would seek out and destroy the radical isolationist group that plagued the nation.

Shaanxi province 0500 hours
Firehelper Special Forces team were curerntly moving in to destroy a illegally made bunker. This bunker was made with money produced from the illegal artifact trade.
Dawn was just breaking as two teams of two men silently crawled to the edge of the tree line. They wore ghillie suits that were covered in the local vegitation. Soon they took up firing positions. There were two guards outside of the main entrance. Soon the two fell dead as quick, fairly loud shots rang out. One of the squads would cover the door and the second team's shooter took out a laser designator.
Several minutes later a single jet was just barely heard as it launched a precision guided bunker buster. It plunged deep into the ground before exploding. The primary explosion was followed by numerous secondary explosions as munitions inside the bunker went off.

FHNN Breaking news 0900 hours

Just over two hours ago the firehelper military has begun to unleash its might on the cowedly and counter productive terrorists. According to the latest reports a major center of operations for the Firehelper Isolationist group has been destroyed. It was apparently a illegal bunker that was used to stage operations in the area. The Government expects this to be a major setback for the FIG and hopefully one of the many to come.

Recently A car bomb has exploded near a foreign owned factory. The car was stopped in time by Firehelper security forces protecting the foreign investments int he area. However many people were still killed and news crews are not allowed near the site. More information as it comes.

It was nearly midnight at the airfield. All was quiet and still with the moon and stars lighting the majority of the minor base. The base was a border base, hidden, small, and a first response or strike base. The base contained one squadron of F-16s. They were all armed and fueled, ready at a moment's notice.
[Just outside the baser perimeter]
Leaves rustled in the bushes that surrounded the base. The terrorists in the area had recently grown more sophisticated, possible from foreign involvement. Still the government believed that they wouldn't attack a military base directly and security was only slightly increased. Six guards patrolled each wall. Out of the bush that rustled came a long black barrel of a sniper rifle. Several of these popped out as the guards changed shifts. When the old guards disappeared into the barracks six silenced shots rang out simultaneously. This happened on all the walls. Soon a dozen men converged on each wall, a total of 48 men. The cut power to the base before quickly climbing over the fences int the time that it took for the sensors to come back up. By than it was too late. The terrorists had stormed the base. They blew up the armory, sprayed the barracks, and destroyed the radio tower. They lost 12 men and killed 56 int he raid. Soon six men took the planes and they flew off.

A bad idea in retrospect, as he almost ran into one of his comrades.

"Watch where you're going you idiot.. Anyway men, change course, we're headed for the border so we can land back at the camp. It's o longer safe in this region, they know we're the ones who stole these things."

The six F-16 gracefully turned 60 degrees in formaton to the left and hi full speed.

Everyone was running around as the alarms sounded when the aircraft launched without permission. Several times in the past the terrorists have stolen fighters and they appear to be doing so again.
An agitated air force general was pacing the dark room with the radar sets. the moving blips now labeled unknown 1-6 were moving fairly quickly to a unknown location.
"Have they responded yet" the general said
"No sir" said the young officer at the radar set/ radio
"Send up the fighters and force them down. If they resist destroy them."
"Yes sir." Soon the order went out and six blips of the Air Forces newest fighter went up a short distance away. Soon their speed read mach 1.4 as they quickly closed the gap.

The leader of the air group sent one message "surrender and land or be destroyed" the border was five minutes away at maximum speed for the F-16s.

OOC: Mind if I play both terrorist and support? IOW: I send in some "peacekeepers" who appear to be actively rooting out terrorists. And they are. But only because they'd be clearing the field for my own terrorists I'd be planting into your nation for a later (and most likely never achieved) coup.take over. More likely we'll just try and degrade your morals and turn it into one gigantimomoundus city of sins.

Though not complete, SaintB's second instalation within thier ally Firehelper's borders was operational and currently went by the name Firehelper Bravo. It was in an unpopulated area and known only between SaintB and Firehelper, but soon all that may change as it was less than 100 kilometers removed from the current position of the stolen aircraft.
"Seems we have incoming bogeys heading south by southwest at about Mach 2." A RADOM reported to his officer.
"Make a quick log check and then patch in to Firehelper and confirm if they are thiers."
"Yes sir!" the RADOM and a Comm Station Moniter replied in near unison.
After about 60 seconds the aircraft were conformed stolen from Firehelper's Air Force minutes ago. "Patch me in to the nearest patrol and divert them to intercept."

1 Minute Away from Stolen Aircraft
Bravo Squadron diverted its course to head northwest on intercept, five F-15 Strike Eagle Air Superiority fighters began to head in low and slow toward the 6 confirmed bandits while more fighters were being prepared to scramble at a moments notice. The Eagles came in low and slow, hoping to gain the element of surprise by avoiding radar and slipping in close to the targets and striking first to even the numbers.

Sue Utopia shot a deadly armor piercing round into a terrorist, ripping into his flesh, killing him instantly. 1 down. Lots more to go... Meanwhile, a firefight was going on. Tauvia Noblesse shot down three... But the rest of her team were either dead of captured by the terrorists... She saw a vine sticking on top of her head... And she had a briliant idea. Either that or it was desprate. She would not be alive to talk about it if it failed...She did it anyway. She reloaded her gun, got out the auto-reloader she had in her back, clicked everything into place, tied this and that up, and let fly.
Her rifle flew towards them, shooting like it was Rambo. When the clip ran out , the auto-reloader threw out that clip and clicked in the other one that she put in it. Now I know why they put that stupid heavy auto-reloader in my pack! Thank God! Hmm... should I be thanking god? The government IS atheist, after all. However, one had very good aim, and shot it down. But her plan worked, mostly. She only had one left to take out. She took out her pistol and shot him in the head. However, somone somehow snuk up behind her and hit her in in the back, hard, with a stick. She fell unconcious. Worse, she had been captured.

The operation was carried out successfuly, but out of the 20 that participated, 2 were killed, and 5 were captured. Smash! KABOOOOOOOOM! BANG! Urgh... You SOBs...You'll pay for this! Sue Utopia shot the terrorist that set off the bomb. Her aim was amazing. He was a kilometer away when she shot him... with a pistol. She was here to retrive the 5 hostages. She had succeded, too. However, the bomb that had been set off had distracted her partner, and then he got shot in the arm and got knocked unconcious. (That's what the BANG! and Urgh... meant.) She had to get him back. She went to the door and... heard "NAEKA SU! NUNTR UARDNONE!" ("HANDS UP! TURN AROUND!") She complied, but the terrorist looked stunned for a second at seeing a woman. Sue didn't waste the shock. She knocked him off his feet, took his AK-27, and emptied the whole clip into his crotch. "That's what you get for messing with me..." she said, and hit him with the rifle butt. A waste of precious ammo... But, still, it gave her a sense of satisfaction. She spotted her partner, bound and gagged. She knew this wasn't that easy, so she took out her pistol and shot his ropes off. Good thing, too, becuase, as she thought, there was a trap. Tumo Sahashlic managed to run to the other side of the room before he got hit. Sue took a C4-FS she had found, set it up, threw it into the room and got away with Tumo. Sue, Tumo, and all the former hostages watched the fireworks. Apparently, the abandoned factory made fireworks, and stored them there, too. A normal C4 would have just vaporized all of them. That's why they liked FS, localy produced C4s better. The C4 blew a big enough hole in the celing to make a good show. The ones that did hit the remains of the celing made a suslik pattern. Wait a moment...Somthing wasn't right... a part of the celing was floating in the air...What?! That was MWrSaTUnENsrS-Type Tech! Ahhh... Nevermind. The building was still on fire, and she wanted to lie down and enjoy the fireworks. She would take the fragment back tomorrow and show it to the agency.

After all, she felt that she had earned it.
