Military: 0.8% Active, 62,500. 19,500 or half of the army are Janissarys 3/4 of whom are armed with Muskets and the other 1/4 are armed with Abus guns. the rest are 200 Spahis, 300 Akıncıs, 5,000 Hussars, 5,000 dragoons, 4,000 Grenadiers, 500 Stradiods, 500 Mamelukes, and 4,000 Mehterâns.
The Navy has 23,500 members but other than that I am rather unfimiluar with navy stuff at that time.
