"This is Stacy Keibler of SNN and welcome to the 11:00am news. Today a startling announcment came from the Imperial Palace as they have begun inquiries into upgrading the status of several nations Embasies from Silver Status to the more lenient Orange Status." She puts her hand up to her earpiece "Wait a minute. We now take you to the Imperial Palace as Supreme Emperor George A. Loak is about to make an announcment."

The screen cuts to an image inside the Imperial Palace, the scene is the Press Conference Room. It's almost the size of a grand ballroom, but it doesn't have any windows, just two doors behind the podium and six doors at the back of the room where the Press come in.

The Supreme Emperor and his Cabinet walk in from one of the doors back behind the podium and Mr. Loak then walks to a rather large chair while the other stand near him. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Larry Williams, then walks up to the podium and pulls out some papers.

"Thank you, people of the press for comming. I am Larry Williams, the current Minister of Foreign Affairs. Since the inception of the Embasy Exchange Program here in the Shazbotdom Empire we have had six 'tiers' of Embasy types. The Red color symbolises who we feel is our Best Ally in the world. Royal Blue represents a Colony of the Dark Empire. Magenta represents Region Mates, which is currently not used at the moment. Dark Green represents an Ally, which is those who are in an Alliance that the Dark Empire is a part of. There are special circumstances which we will use Dark Green when the person is not in an alliance. Dark Orange represents a Standard Embasy. And the last is Silver, which is used for Embasies who currently have Strict Security Regulations."

"We are here to discuss the Silver status and those nations that are currently listed as that. Nations that are currently listed as Silver are as follows, Zukariaa, Zachyd, Maldorians, Honako, Greal and Urcea. If there are any changes to any of these nations status, they will take place after 7 days. I will now go down the list and state if each nation is to remain on Silver Status or get upgraded. Please note that we will not give all reasons for changes."

He clears his throat

Because of reasons that we will keep private to ourselves, you are to remain on Silver Status.

The Dictatorship of Zachyd
Your inability to give your people any freedoms to do what they please has caused you to remain on Silver Status.

The Imperial Empire of Maldorians
For some reasons that should not be discussed in public, but one that will be, your nation is to remain on Silver status. The one reason that we will say why you are remaining on this status leve is due to your continued warmongering and assaulting nations that are weaker than your own and/or have just formed.

The Oppressed Peoples of Honako
Allowing your people some social freedoms gives us hope about your nation, but not letting them have any elections has caused some concern within the Dark Empire. We are to upgrade you to Orange Status, but be warned that if we see any slip in your nation, we will drop you back down to Silver Status.

The Dictatorship of Greal
Due to the fact that you have shown no improvment on your nations view on other nations and minorities, we are keeping you on Silver Status.

The Holy Roman Empire of Urcea
Due to continued verbal hostilities between our people, we are keeping your nation on Silver Status for your embasy, although when such a time as we feel fit reaches that we can trust your nation, we will upgrade you. But at this current point in time, we cannot do this as it would cause too much unrest within the Shazbotdom Empire.

He then sets his papers down and looks out amoung the journalists who have assembled.

"If there are any questions for myself, the other Ministers, or Supreme Emperor Loak, please speak now."

Terry Cannuck, the news reporter for Calizorinstan News Network raised his hand and said "Mr.Williams, what are your thoughts on Calizorinstan and it's status with Shazbotdom?"

For questions and comments about the whole thing. Or if a government sents a representitive/reporter, they can perhaps put forth evidence to make the Embasy people change their mind. Which is why I gave 7 days real life time for this to happen. Just in case someone gave me evidence to make me change my mind on a few of them.

"Our nations current stance with you diplomatically is non-existant. You currently have no Embasy within our national boundries nor have our nations ever had any diplomatic meetings. Thus we know nothing about your nation or your government.

A Kahanistanian man in a loose-fitting gray tunic and baggy trousers held a microphone to the Shazbot official. He wore a press badge, looked to be in his mid-30's, and had short brown hair and blue eyes.

"Mr. Williams, Rick Holmes of Kahanistan National News. You stated that there were conditions by which a nation that was not a formal ally of the Dark Empire could be elevated to Green status. Would you care to elaborate on these conditions for those of us who have embassies in your nation or who may be thinking about establishing embassies?"

Kahanistan National News broadcasted to nearby countries and those who the Republic had or had had relations with, but had few foreign viewers as it was often viewed as biased toward the right.

Kahanistan National News broadcasted to nearby countries and those who the Republic had or had had relations with, but had few foreign viewers as it was often viewed as biased toward the right.

"Basically the only reason for that Mr Holmes would be if that nation was a member of an alliance that the Shazbotdom Empire was a part of at one point in history. Such as the now defunct Global Alliance of Soverign Nations, the Ottoman Alliance, or any other Alliance that we felt very close to in the past. Other than that, most embasies would be set up as Orange Status.
