Shenyang holds Calizorinstan as a promising new nation with a few rough edges that will, no doubt, smooth out with time.
OOC: Basically, I voted the second option, because you're a pretty darn good RP'er, a few bits that can stand to be smoothed out, but overall quite good. Overall, I have to say that my opinion is quite positive.
