Exactly one year to the day after declaring formal Secession from the dissolving Pact of Socialist States and Republics, the First Council of Erislal announces the passage of the first two International Concilliary Orders.

Specifically, the Council has ordered the Executive Office to implement order 301, which is the formal opening of diplomatic relations with the world at large, and order 401, the opening of trade rights with interested nations.

These orders come following a firestorm of debate among the Provincial and High Councilors, and the Executive Office as to the shape foreign affairs would take in our fledgling nation. In essence, the two documents stipulate that the only economic and diplomatic transactions forbidden under the Aegis of Erislal's government are those with nations or groups with a stated, vested interest in opposing the liberties of the Erisi people.

President Aleksy Jedynak simultaneously announced Executive Orders 301 and 401 as sibling decrees, establishing offices of Trade Oversight and Diplomatic Negotiation in the capital of Dannislal, and invited all people interested in freedom and prosperity to make contact with the Erisi people.
