Granted to allied nations (NATO, GDI, et cetera)
Limited to twelve personal vehicles at embassy and four aircraft at Bomfy Memorial Internaitonal Airport (Magna Casa) or Heart Memorial International Airport (Arrio)
Embassy Staff not to exceed 100 (Including Security)
Allowance of Personal Security Forces (Restricted to small arms only)
Level II State Department Security Pass issued for personnel to leave embassy grounds upon formal written request to State Department.
Embassy not subject to search, unless deemed necessary by Sicherndienst and following formal announcement by State Department and staff to pass standard security background check by Sicherndienst.

Granted to nations with new relations
Limited to six personal vehicles at embassy and two aircraft at Bomfy Memorial Internaitonal Airport (Magna Casa) or Heart Memorial International Airport (Arrio)
Embassy Staff not to exceed 75 (Including Security)
Allowance of Personal Security Forces (Restricted to small arms only), reinforced with Sichernstaffel Guardsmen.
Level I State Department Security Pass issued for personnel to leave embassy grounds upon formal written request to State Department and investigation by Sicherndienst.
Embassy subject to search at any time by Sichernstaffel and staff to pass full security background check by Sicherndienst.


Category D

Granted to suspicious nations with new relations or demoted from Category C.
Limited to two personal vehicles at embassy and no aircraft.
Embassy Staff not to exceed 40.
No Personal Security Forces, duties assumed by Sichernstaffel Guardsmen.
State Department Formal Clearance required for personnel to leave embassy grounds upon formal written request to State Department and investigation by Sicherndienst, with escort by Sichernstaffel liaison officers.
Embassy subject to search at any time by S.S. and staff to pass full security background check and investigation by Sicherndienst.
