Leaders of Europe,
The Divine Son of Heaven, The Jingtai Emperor, The Most Wise and Beneficient Ruler of the Empire of the Great Ming, has recently declared his intent to sail to Europe and make a tour of its greatest cities. Naturally those of you that are aware of history should well know the significance of this event. This is the first time in the history that any Emperor has left the Chinese sphere of influence, and as such, it will take some time to make the preparations for this visit. The current departure date is set for early 1920, depending on the schedual of shipbuilding and, of course, the cessation of the present European conflict, which will obviously affect the date of departure.
The present travel schedual is thus, with the Emperor planning to spend three days in each city, not counting travel time.
Strienlikstern (Waldenburg)
(Whatever the capital of the German Empire is)
Anjahlixz Blejin (Anj)
Tanegar (Ilaer)
(Capital of the Italian Social Republic)
Rome (If thats not the capital >_>)
(Capital of the Balkans)
Constantinople
Cetinburg (Bautzen)
Sevastopol (Presuming thats the capital of Polis Sevastopol)
The Emperor wishes to assure the various nations of Europe that the order of visitations is based on geography and not any prejudice, racial, political, or otherwise.
This is, of course, simply the initial list, the Emperor is open to any recomendations presented by the nations of Europe, and any who are not included on this list and wish the Emperor to visit are more than welcomed to do so. Likewise should a nation not wish the Emperor to visit, they have only to ask and their name will be removed from the list.
The Emperor will be acompanied by a bodyguard appropriate to the Son of Heaven, specifically five hundred of the Imperial Guard as well as a compliment of Imperial Marines stationed aboard the ships acompanying him. Naturally while traveling his bodyguard will be much smaller than this.
