Nickname Scheme: Head of the Criminal Group 'Fathers'

Victims: 102 confirmed, an undetermined number suspected, implicated in 455 other murders as an accessory, co-actor, organizer. Implicated in most major criminal acts with in the Republic for the last fifteen years.

Usual Weapon: Hands, Colin Black is known to sodomize victims before and during the killing. He is also known to use sodomy as form of intimidation, and punishment for for being slighted. It is believed this habit was carried with him out of the Fall Corp prison system.

Victims: Unknown, over 100 confirmed. Confirmed as the killer of much of the Ceyolian government prior to it's invasion by Transylvania and Siap.

Similarities in Victims: None
Motivation: Unknown, widely believed to be a contract killer. However, recent killings in Arbite City seem to refute this.
Status: At large. Currently regarded as a folk hero by much of the Otagian population.
