Screw peace keeping. Assuming that Muslims that go apeshit in a capital city are extremists/Shari law followers – I’ll send a couple of carrier battlegroups chockers with marines, tanks and various broom-broom planes carrying a lot of bombs with Arab names on them.

(Fedaykin are unenhanced humans, but they're trained from shortly after birth to be very very good soldiers. Something I came up with back in April but have waited this long to actually use so there would be a somewhat realistic training period for the 'first wave' as it were. And the man who's in charge of the program is named Baron Harkon. <.<)

That's an idea. You could have hordes of gun-crazed, militant Catholics, or Jews, or even rampaging mobs of Hindus running around. Doesn't have to be Muslim.

If its not to late I would like to join this. I insert covert ops Muslim extermists that give no appearance to their Islamic hetirtage as they are white, and speak as atheists, and openly mock muslims. These covert ops will then begin to train the muslims and arm them with trainings in improvised explosives, firearms, and hand to hand combat. I could insert them as another nations citizens and have them posse as tourists to paradise city.

How do you want us to get them in? I want to be completely covert, so that you won't know that it is my forces. It depends on the setting of the city. I could do a small boat insertion, a civvie helicopter insertion, it all depends. I just want my government to stay out of it. I'm going to be sending 5 Kampferian "Spartans", the elite of the elite in Kampfers. They will be using A HK MP5 (silenced), a Wanderjarian AK-74, an RPG-7, a DRS-84 Sniper Rifle (w/scope), and another silenced MP5. All will be equipped with C4 charges, claymores, grenades (smoke/flashbang and explosive), etc. All have knowledge of how to make an IED, how to hotwire a car, etc. They are trained in the martial arts, and they are fluent in Arabic as well as other languages. My elite task force. I have about 100 of em total, and only 50 can be gone at the same time. Anyways, I'm only sending you 5.

Well, Paradise City is costal, yes? I was planning on a HALO drop once the craziness started, based on the theory that the people who normally would be manning the SAM installations would be too busy.

Failing that, I've been buying one million of these (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=515900) a year since January (however that works in NS time, I've got lots), so if they're considered acceptable for the technology level here...

What I was thinking of doing was using a common chopper painted like a News helicopter, and landing on top of a tall building. Wait 'til nightfall, repel down the sides, and coordinate with the resistance. Then just operate like planned. Is that ok? I figure if the building has a helipad on top and it's tall enough, no one will notice.

They can get over to a safe spot and get out of the water. That is, if your waters are murkey.

Before it hits the water, the people get out via parachutes and get far away from it. Then they swim toward the shoreline or something under the cover of night.

Combine it with my idea for an orbital insertion. Have the main meteor shoot off a smaller chunk behind the seawall, then as it slows down the people inside jump off with their gear and use parachutes and their altitude to get far away from the insertion meteorite and then swim toward shore.

How about my Fedaykin sneak on board at some neutral port (say Moantha, a nation that I RP pretty much only for stuff like that at this point), get off in Paradise City, and proceed to wreak hell?

I used the exact same tactic against Whyatican occupiers in Clandonia, only using a plane instead of a chopper. This one was borrowed from a news agency, fitted with chaff and flares, and five people in civilian clothes carrying handguns and two Otagian boxguns (submachine guns that won't trip metal detectors and are easily concealed.) Journalists in Kahanistan often carry handguns when going into places they aren't wanted, my nation sees them as protecting journalistic integrity.

Want to know how well that turned out? They were tortured for days using an area denial system, four of them were murdered, the fifth lobotomized and sent back, and I got invaded by Whyatica and occupied by Doomingsland.

So if you want a bunch of insurgents running around in ghettoes chasing Doomies, go ahead and try. Otherwise... standard illegal immigration methods might work, a boat near the shore and swim in, rig it to blow after you get ashore, or stowing away on a ship or plane.
