Amidst all the senseless wars raging now and still less reasonable paranoia running rampant among the nations, it is indeed good to hear of some happy news for a change. And in no less than a nation that has always been an honest and respected friend of my own. In celebration of the Grethstand Family's achievement and blessing, I hereby donate five-hundred billion dollars worth from my nation's Commerce Budget for free use by the Dark Empire; although in the spirit of this day I would naturally recommend its use in the Healthcare or Social Welfare budgets. Regardless, it shall be the Dark Empire's money as soon as its wiring is received with this message, and thus theirs to do with as Supreme Emperor Loak should will.
