ViZion Developing Antartica

Until just recently, ViZion Antartica claims have gone almost untouched, expect for a few brave people.
However, recently, plans were make and put into action that would allow for the development of this land that has long been viewed as almost completely uninhabitable.
Small towns, in which are in a few large buildings, with the 'outside' being enclosed in a clear material to protect from the harsh weather outside, will be connected by a subway system.
At the begining, there will be 14 towns, all of which will have the capacity of 500 people, will be built. However, the subways have been designed and engineered to have towns added between them, with the stations at the towns themselves able to have more subways added going to future towns that will not be built inline with the current subway system.
A 10-year plan is expected to yield a total of 4 cities of 400,000 people, and 40 towns of 40,000 people.

ICCD is wondering if you are interestested in a magmatec facility to tap into natural lava flows as an energy and industrial source.

We have everything setup, but thank you anyway.
We would be willing to sell you our claim.
How much are you willing to pay for it?

We have a few questions first before we talk about this;
1. How much - and where - is this land at?
2. What - if anything - has been done to it?
3. Has there been any testing of any sort done on it?
4. If nothing on 2 and 3, has this land been touched, or is it virgin?
It has 3 year round stations on it.

My claim is all of Argentina's, the UK's, and Chile's area.

Is that all that has been done? Otherwise virgin?
Well, there are several "test" stations (big sticks in the ground that constantly test temperature and send it back to the bases), it has a working port-base (in Palmer-land).
What do you mean by "Virgin"?

That means that is has pretty much been left untouched, unlike most of the rest of this earth.
Yes. How much are you willing to pay? It's alot of land, almost 1/5th of the entire landmass.
Are you still interested on our super-highway project? It would be a very large system of tunnels. It would go from Argentina to the South Shetland Islands (chain restaurants and hotels would be established underground, connecting to the tunnels), then to the nearest Vizion city (which I assume chain resturants and hotels may be built underground there: tunnels would also link up to the main civilian passages), then to Bouvet Island (chain stuff), to Prince Edward Islands (chain stuff), and finally to South Africa.
Our current progress has the tunnel already built halfway to the Shetland isles.
It may also contain communication wires if satellites go out, and a railroad will also be built in the future.

We hope that this development does not infringe upon the enivronment.
Also, we are willing to provide you with minig equipment to tap into the untouched natural resources (coal, iron, oil, gold, copper, aluminum, etc)
Our technological advances in glass have also meant that we can provide you with special forms of glass that react with sunlight, and can change colour at the push of a button.
All we are asking for is to send 200 000 people to inhabit one of these cities.
Does this deal work?

We have been looking for a way to bleed off some of the population of our rapidly growing cities in the north. We will be sending 40,000 people to one of the towns, as long as this does not have more environmental impact than necessary and as soon as you approve it.

On second thought, we'll buy any precious metal mine that is discovered.

We absolutely are interested in the super-highway project still. As for your land, we have decided to not purchase.

We will be keeping the landscape as virgin as possible.
As for people some of you wish to send, will they become ViZionarian citizens?

If the ViZion goverment would allow it. They would likely have dual citizen ship in the Far Echo Islands and ViZion.

That will be acceptable!
