Preperation's had been under way for a number of days as more tilt was noticed regarding Cazelia.
ICCD happened upon acceptance of occupation of the Northern Area's of Cazelia not taken under the wings of the two other occupying powers.
Ships were diverted at sea to regroup prior to the occupation. The "patchfleet", composed of a number of mismatched naval ships was also called up, a large ferry of Imperial Gaurd was underway. The deployment transfer was set to last about 6 months.

Advanced forces saw their way in as some of the single frigates closest to the location made their way, with the unseen support of a number of Spear Class subs. Locust and B&B Rotorcraft were the first to touch down as advanced tactical teams aimed to secure landing zones and other strategic points a long the north east.
This done in daylight with the Dian Flag being shown repeatedly with words such as friends and liberator being used. Operation Extended Liberation was the public name of this operation.
It was imparative that the ESSI forces mostly lictors that were first to touch down were at first only using non lethal weapons and insured they wern't there to enslave the population but instead liberate them. Of course if that failed live rounds were also available.

As the first Dian Behemoths arrived, the MK 9's of the Dragonstars, huge undersea submarines that had one supercaviated end and non caviated and one surface optimized end, multiple engines and an entire small nation in military strength packed into it. With these the first aircraft equiped with information went out. The D.S. also started to broadcast news and radio on an unoccupied channel, a long the North East, utilizing phased broadcast arrays in a type of scalar radar of the few frigates available.

Time would pass but soon ICCD's now aging converted Nimitz would arrive. These ships had largely been converted to make better use of available resources.
