Millions of people gatherd at red sqaure to watch the famous calaverian parade, over 8 million gatherd for the event, and similar smaller parades were being held over the entire country. The outbreak of the viruses was getting worse, and moral was starting to dissolve. There were fireworks being lit all over the country 60% of the NC military was on leave.
