Vitalità, ViZion's capital, could not be complete without a new Embassy Court. The Embassy Court, being 8 miles wide and 16 miles long, is a massive 'court' housing all of ViZion's allies and their embassies. Guarded 24/7, and walled in, this beautiful section of Vitalità would soon fill up.

This sprawling, beautiful court is complete with parks, cobblestone roads, and tree-lined walkways. In the center sits the large Embassy Central building, made of kashmir white granate. The walls are made of the rare Morocco Black marble, while the flooring is of rare Selenite Red Gypsum marble. Ceilings are made of the extremely unique Snake wood. All this makes for an exception and beautiful setting, be it inside or out.

With that in mind, we ask that all allies of ViZion begin building in their pre-designated locations. We welcome them with open arms, and look forward to seeing your friendly faces once again, with many of you returning to our capital for the first time in nearly a decade!

We are also looking to fill up Embassy Court with tens of new allies. We welcome nations of all sorts, sizes, and ages. Rather you're a nation young or old, small or large, Christian or otherwise, we welcome you as friends and allies! The Embassy Court will be heavily guarded by the ViZionarian Armed Forces.

Come, join hands with us. ViZion has a long and illustrious past, and our allies and friends can back up what I will say here: We never will let an ally down!

Some Rules Include;
• Only One Vehicle, Armoured but Unarmed
• One Helicopter Is Permitted, Unarmed
• No More Than 20 Armed Security Personnel
• Only light weaponry such as pistols and knives. Non-automatic shotguns, light machine guns, and light assault rifles acceptable if locked up.
• No explosives (grenades, rocket launchers, and the like), no medium or heavy weaponry (medium/heavy machine guns, automatic shotguns, sniper rifles, and the like.)
• ViZion does not grant diplomatic immunity - if your people commit a crime, they will be punished accordingly.

The only restrictions are that you may not have any tanks, and only 1 armed vehicle. You may also have no more than 20 armed soldiers or guards, as the Embassy Court will be heavily guarded by ViZionarian Armed Forces.

The Republic sends one ambassador and his 25 staff to your nation. Also included are one Humvee armed with a .50 cal machine gun, one armored limo (white), and one armored Toyota FJ Cruiser (black). We send 5 bodyguards armed with Baretta M9 pistols as well.

I must ask you this up front, do you honestly think we are that stupid to go out and start another war with Doomingsland and attempt to take back the land that is rightfully and legitamently ours right now? Because, I can assure this this, that there are absolutely no intentions right now of making a strike at Doomingsland, rather to 'rekindle' the war, or to enter back into our lands and take them back.

With that out of the way, the choice is yours. We have the fastest growing economy in the world right now, and about the most active one. And that pace is only speeding up. Where we reside now, there was no battle, and as such no need for what most consider rebuilding - the infrastructure was untouched and, as such, did not need fixing. Our military is being upgraded and given rest, and tourism is fast becoming one of our largest industries for the first time since the Civil War was launched almost a decade ago.

We are forging new alliances with nations across the globe, and making new friends daily. We are hosting an International Auto Show as we speak, and in just a few months, we will be in the center of the musical world, hosting what is expected to be the largest single concert ever.

If this is not justification and proof enough that ViZion is well on its way to becoming the super power it once was, I do not know what would be in your governments eyes. And, to be honest, if it still does not see the proof and justification in it, the world - indeed, our world - still carries on and improves. Day in. And day out.

It is with great pride that I see our grandest of all allies making their reassertion into the internation stage. Once again we can claim that our alliance is truely one of the strongest and proudest in world history. It is also my honor to announce that Jarridia will be sending a new diplomat to ViZion, as well as some personnel to ensure the efficiency of Jaro-ViZo transition. Secretariat Lawrence Mueller, a ViZionarian that sought education at the University of Jarridia at Shelbin has been chosen to lead this effort, and he will be joined with a selection of Jarridian Vehicles containing a limo, a non-military helicopter, 500 armed Jarridian Marines. The essential staff needed to operate the Embassy will be hired from local ViZionarians, should they pass our clearances. We hope this will provide needed jobs for some of your locals and yet again draw our friendship that much closer.

Upon confirmation, Proconsul Kosyachenko and his staff made preparations with the Ministry for early departure to ViZion. Once the funding and paperwork had been taken care of, they boarded a MoS private jet for Vitalità. Touching down in the capitol, they were met by the drivers and personal staff dispatched to prepare their quarters. With only a short moment's rest, their vehicles departed for the Embassy Square.

The Vetalian limousines, like many aspects of their culture, were a strange mix of past and present. The exterior body was the spitting image of a Soviet ZIL-111 limousine, with chrome, tail fins and grille all reminiscent of the 1950's. All painted the standard government black, they would not have looked out of place 50 years ago. However, the interiors were loaded with the most advanced computing systems in existence, and the clothing of the delegates within were laced with a wide variety of high-tech systems meant to adjust immediately to changes in temperature and environment for maximum comfort.

Our Envoys normally travel with only an assistant or two and do not require bodyguards or military escorts. Whatever internal security you have prepared will undoubtedly be sufficient.

Do realize that the reason you cannot build one in our country is because we no longer have interest in having one with your nation. We will withhold building an embassy in your nation. The only 'compromise' we would make isn't a compromise at all - we did forget to mention that our vehicles are not armed, simply armoured. However, as far as the weaponry goes, that will not change.

As for us limiting similar weapons, yes, that is very true. But surely you do understand that we have 100% faith in that of our security, where as you, being a smaller nation, we are not so sure about, and would not request you to do our job in protecting our own president or civilians unless the attack is, of course, on your country instead of ours, in which case you'll be be fighting as it is. In addition, we have more faith in our own troops to protect our President then your security, which has no vested interest given he's not their President.
