The Toopoxican republic has come to realise that its army is lacking in the ability to deploy a modern sophisticated military oweing to its own lack of a space fleet, it has been seen in several high class wars that Space is now the commanding zone for any military theatre, that said the Toopoxicans have made moves to increase the deployment of both Space based weaponary and ground based anti-satellite weaponary.
In light of this Toopoxia will be launching 14 new Recon Satellites, these models are highly classified but it is suspected that they are equipped with Radar Imaging, Stealth based technology and Radar Jamming systems, these satelites will provide information for Toopoxican Theatre Communication Satellite Center and the Toopoxican Defence Office.
Also to be launched are 15 Communication Satellites which will provide a seperated network from the Internet through which soldiers can provide on the spot information and in turn be treated to up to date intelligence, this network will be completely seperate and only accessable through subversive means or via the Toopoxican military.
On the ground Toopoxia will be constructing ASM-135 ASAT Missiles in order to successfully defend these new satelites from enemy aggression, these missiles will be launched from specially modified P2 Fighters which can fly to high altitudes in order to launch the missile.
Lastly, the Military will construct 10 High Altitude Blimps armed with M-THEL's to shoot down enemy missile attacks and the capacity to drop a small five man team from high altitiudes behind enemy lines, these modifications are hoped to bring Toopoxia back into the present day for warfare.
