To Lord Sumguy:

The actions of General Max Wruck at the Hegemony Ball Memorial Service have just reached my ears. I am deeply ashamed by his actions. I assure you that General Wruck acted against protocol and against my explicit orders. He is being withdrawn from military service and being placed in a federal penal institution for dishonouring the uniform. Please accepted my most sincere apology.

Your apology is accepted, and i thank you for the replacement of General Wruck. No permanent harm was done, and Sumguaian soldiers were able to contain most of the situation, therefore I hold no grudge, nor am i insulted. Unfortunately my people are rather anti-Londinian as a result, therefore I offer to strengthen border security between the Empire and Sumaprite if you should request it. The far-right opposition party is rather militant, and may attempt a terrorist attack. I also grant Londinian forces permission to enact counter-terrorist within the Empire, and am prepared to offer all information regarding known terrorist groups if you should have need of it.
