Cote D'Ivorie would be Happy to exchange embassies with you nation

Greetings from the Federation;

As our southern and western neighbors, we were wondering if you would be interested in an exchange of embassies between our two nations. I believe that contact and trade would be influential in making sure that our nations survive in this world.

I also wanted to contact you about the possibility of a non-aggression pact between our two nations. I feel that this would be beneficial to both, and that we can live in peace and harmony together. Exclusive Karlonian Canal (RL Panama Canal) rights would be included in the deal, of course. We were also wondering if you would like to share weapons technologies and projects, to relieve the burden on all involved. We are currently developing three types of ships here in the Federation, and we are looking to expand our air force as well as look for a new main battle tank. Do you think we could reach some sort of agreement?
