The United Carloginian Capitalist Federation has looked forward to talks with your fine capitalist nation since the UCCF was founded. We would very much like you to come to our capital of Manilla in order for us to discuss the betterment of our two nations. We will patiently and humbly await your arrival in Manilla should you decide to come, but I assure you, it will be well worth it.

Sincerely

Mao Chang, Vice President

OOC: Somehow I think getting a nation with a trillion + economy, a massive and advanced military etc. to give up their independence may be hard. ;) But anyways, good luck in your RP.

(ooc: WHOA>>> since when do you people "ask" a country to give their independence? Especially for a country that suffered 35 years of tyrannical oppression at the hands of a foreign country, and for that straddled between two different worlds and forced to accept the divisive politics of two other occupiers? You'd have to fight for that land in order to win control it. This sort of ordeal borders on insult.)

OOC: Even if you hired Grunder, you would still have to fight against a nation with a Trillion Dollar Economy and a very powerful military. By no means would they be crushed.

((OOC- Alright, as I said stop the OOC clutter. There IS an OOC thread for things like this, damn. Rper or no rper, otherwise I'll do it myself and none of you will like what happens.))

You're idea is proposterous. Why should we give up our sovereignity to you? A country that is considered the bottom of the barrel. Your people starve, while you eat banquets of food. Your people freeze, while you sit in your comfy chair in your climate controlled room.

No my dear Mr. Chang. It is you that should give up your sovereignity to us.

We see no reason to have talks between our nations. Are our relations not good enough now? If you do wish to have talks we must make one request before you do so. Improve the lives of your people and you economy. Currently, your people are starving and freezing in the streets and your economy is barely holding itself together.

When we feel that your people are better off and your economy is more stable we will allow the talks, but until then we must say no to any talks.

Sincerely
Korean President
