OCC: Rubbish. Kalingrad has belonged to Russia and read the rules, this also means your Nation cannot start with a standing Army and the population of Kalingrad is only 450,000.

Kaliningrad Oblast, which is his claim, has a population of almost 1 million. The city Kaliningrad (capital) has a population of around 450,000.

And Kansiov, why cannot he have a standing army?

Well, you have to deal with it. He can name his men to whatever he wants to. And as they already told you, until the end on WWII it belonged to Germany.

But I still think that he need to change his equipment since it should be based on russian.

my uncle live in Konigsberg (Kaliningrad) and he said they still consider themselves German and many hold the Russians with Contempt




with the equipment i would look at a country like Czechoslovakia they are a prime example of what influences your millitary and equiptment you should have
(mostly German and Russian)


also according to my uncle most people in Kaliningrad still speak German and call it Konigsberg
