The nation of Utopia Two is a nation that is led by Utopianists, believers in an ideology that believes in the maintenance of a utopia, a perfect society. Utopianism is controversial, however, for example it believes that criminals be the "slaves of their victims". It is not uncommon to see a rape victim use her rapist as a slave for example.
Utopianists also believe that war is only for defense purposes, they will not send soldiers to other nations for any other reason, they even reject peacekeeping. Utopianists believe that capitalism should be reformed, cleansed of its flaws. They do not believe in common ownership, believing that it will "fail after a brief period of success".
In Utopia Two, only certain people are executed, such as pedophiles and murderers. Hanging is the common method of execution, followed by the "corpse burning and disposal of ashes".
Utopia Two does not have a problem with diplomacy, but it believes in strict neutrality in all world issues. If news of a foreign war comes to Utopia Two, the government will not send any soldiers for example, as war is only used when the homeland is attacked.

IC: No_State_At_All is interested by this "utopian nation" and will be watching to find the cracks. also to find ways to improve our own government systems.
OOC: i agree that you need to do interactive things, but that can easily be reacting to others. dont compromise your plan for your nation just to get others involved. also if you need military support TG me and i'll see if i have time to RP. Its a long time since NSAA had a war, and i could do with something nice and easy to come back to RPing on.

Are you daft? There will never be a utopia, the only utopia is when everyone conforms to the same set of strict, strongly enforced rules. There can be freedoms, yes, but not many people know how to use them correctly! All Citizens entering MY home country are re-educated and assesed for the job they'd be best suited for, and most happy with. We do have civil rights and certain freedoms, but only just enough to keep away the revolts. That's how it is, and that's how it shall be.

From what I have read, your group is quite interesting. Perhaps they could open a branch in Utopia Two and extort money from the citizens. I am thinking of having my own group myself, do you think we can arrange a meeting between them?

The Outfit would have no qualms with trying to extort money from your people but they will also try to get into other markets like drug trafficking, and distribution, along with prostitution, gambling, and maybe even arm robbery.
If you have an established organization in your nation. The Outfit would definitely like to meet them to avoid a turf war with the local organization at least until the Outfit can shut them down or make a mutually beneficial deal between themselves…
