With so many ideologies leading people and whole nations into dead ends of stagnation and stubbornness and being drawn into battles that essentially are meaningless for one's own position, it is time for an un-ideologized position to arise, a power interested only in success and utility of its every actions. Therefore, we invite all like-minded nations to form an alliance dedicated to neither good nor bad, to neither capitalism or communism, to neither nationalism nor globalism, neither... well you get the idea...
Those who join agree that any ideology only can be kept for so long as it serves to support those who follow it, and that no sacrifices should be made for ideology alone, but only for pure progress.

If YOU have it up to here with empty slogans and ideologic deadlocks, please join the Neutral Position Alliance and we shall work together for pure benefit.

We of the Triumvirate Council approve of this alliance, but because of foreign interests, we cannot in good faith join it. However, we can donate something to your neutral cause.

We donate a small island we found years ago in the Pacific Ocean, it is of temperate climate, relatively flat for a volcanically formed island, and was given the name of The Island. Meaning 'The' is the name for the island.

We feel this is the most appropriate island to donate. We also have a series of generic barracks and a small port we have built before the Civil War and our government stopped maintaining the island.

It is completely outside any territorial waters, and is nowhere near major shipping lanes. It is as neutral as it gets.
