This Official Diplomatic Communique has been sent to all the nations of Europe

The Kingdom of Donaghadee invites you to form a great and glorious alliance. Please send your reply.

We should like to know more about this organisation before we make any decisions.

What will be it's aims? Military defence, conquest, stability? What will be it's economic advantages to us as a nation? And it's stance with the world? How will it see nations in other regions - Asia, South America?

The Kingdom of Lachenburg, although greatly interested in the possibility of further cooperation among the nations of the European Continent, cannot oblige to apply for membership to said organization lest further details as to its organization, purpose, requirements, and obligations are divulged by that of the Donaghadee Government.

To predate any signing of an European Military Union we in the Kingdom of Donaghadee believe a conference would be vital to work out a treaty and find ways to benfit all nations in Europe

To Kingdom of Donaghadee,

The Socialist Republic of Honakon is unsure about this "military alliance". We cannot see all nations of Europe tying themselves down to an alliance of possible mutual defence with nations they do not know so well currently, and who they may have disagreement with in the future. However, if at first it was an alliance which encourages military co-operation and development between European Nations it would have our interest as long as it welcomed without prejudice all forms of government.

We will wait to see the full treaty and details of this Union before we decide on what to do. We may have the total wrong idea of this Union, though without the necessary information we cannot even attempt to understand what your plans for this are. We will send a person and Strong Socialist to the conference from the Foreign Affairs Commission.

The Republican Monarchy sees no reason for this Military Alliance at this time. Especially under such conditions. Almost none of the nations know each other, how they think, what their objectives are. This will force many a nation to make sacrifices which they don't want to. Thusly we will not be joining this alliance.

It would be better if you were to participate in the treaty talks so that the Union can have an element of your country in it.
