Lachenburg, officially the Kingdom of Lachenburg (French: Royaume de Lachenbourg), is a country whose territory is located in Western Europe. Lachenburg extends from the Mediterranean Sea to the English Channel and the North Sea, and from the Rhine to the Atlantic Ocean. Lachenburgian people often refer to Lachenburg as L'Hexagone (The "Hexagon") because of the geometric shape of its territory.
Lachenburg is a constitutional monarchy that is organized as a bicameral parliamentary democracy. Its main ideals are expressed in the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen. It is a developed country with one of the largest economies in the world.

OOC: That figure was actually just the average of France's, Switzerland's, and Luxembourg's RL GDP per capita's. I did not know that I had to undergo a specific method to determine GDP per capita and, if need be, I'll edit it.

OOC: Yeah, per capita means per person. So, your GDP per capita is your GDP / your total population. It's ok, I thought you were supposed to do it the way you did it too until I looked it up.

It has been intended that the Agreement last for a total duration of five years, with the final shipment of ordinance scheduled for September of 2012. In the event said goods cannot be provided at set cost, His Majesty's Government is willing to accept a payment of funds (preferably in Euros, although USD is acceptable) for the most recent ordinance provided to off-set the balance. Failure to deliver payment, either in funds or goods, within ten weeks of delivery by either party will result in the immediate termination of said Agreement, incurring with it an additional €1.7 billion EUR penalty upon the party in violation.
If deemed necessary by the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, an additional €5 billion EUR in aid is available for use at your behest, financed in part by both CreditSuisse, Lachenburg's largest private Banking entity, as well as the Banque de Lachenbourg in the form of long-term, low interest loans.
We certainly hope these terms are acceptable and eagerly await your reply.
