We will invest in your nation, but it will for now stay at only $12 Billion due to some financial strains. In the next fiscal year we will expand it, but for now it will stay at the current offer. The tanks will start being produced in our factories. Expect the orders to be filled out over a five year period. The MiG's rights will be sold for a price of $3.2 Billion, but the upgrade is included. The SAMs will be sent over as soon as possible.

We find it hard to believe a trusted source such as yourself would actually side with these Socialist dogs. Gründer Industries has other ports in Asia that are more than happy to dock us in the winter, so I must say that this is rediculous. We are investing large sums of money in your economy already, not to mention the technology that we are going to share with you that will bring your nation into a more prosperous age. We won't pay $15 Billion for those ports, so name a more reasonable offer and we will consider it.
