There will be five investers with the backing of their government trying to invest into a country controled by me, but there will also be rebels and the investments can be with rebels or government. Mercenaries. You're hiring troops/equipment on either the rebel or government side.

sort of the investments are money making ventures and to protect the invesments the investors must support one side or hedge their bets until the war will be one by one side or the other. It is all in an attempt to make money
