Derscon

Tsarheim, Kremlin Palace
Xavier read the most interesting letter over for the third time and chuckled just as much as before. Well, that's awful nice of them, having a letter sent by Lord Vader himself. Xavier thought for a moment, and the inner voice residing inside him -- the source of his ultimate power -- commented.
You can't lose in at least going to the meeting. Xavier nodded.
True, but what if it's a trap? We're close allies with several nations not exactly friendly to the Empire.
Xavier, Xavier. You forget who you're talking to, you forget what you are now. NO ONE can kill you. Xavier smiled.
Yes, yes, quite right. My apologies, Damonagaashi, sometimes I forget. Xavier nodded, the inner spirit within him convincing the Tsar that there was nothing to lose. He paged his secretary.
"Amanda, have all business directed to the Council of Ministers. I'm going on a state visit."
"To where, sir, should they ask?"
"If they need to know, Coruscant." Xavier clicked the button and made the orders for his personal shuttle to be prepared. Unfortunately, his flagship was not yet finished (although it would be soon), so he decided if he can't have a complete show of force, he wouldn't bother to make the effort at all.

Rekjyavich-Andropov Military City Space Docks
Within the docks themselves, there were several deep-underground sections for various storage and hangar facilities. One of these was the one for the Tsar's private shuttle.
This particular hangar had no actual connection with the ground. The only entrance for this shuttle was a specially-designed warp gate that led to one of the Dersconi space colonies, where they could go from there. The main purpose for this was security -- Derscon's capital was in Sol, where many of the space-fairing nations didn't take too kindly to it.
Xavier boarded the shuttle with the four SPG and the Praetorian Guard, along with a small staff. Also along, however, was a small child, aged maybe eight or nine, who wore a simple robe. His name was Pytor Drakonovich Onagashov. A child abandoned by his family in the Tundarian Expanse, he was found by Praesillei Dei soldiers when he tried to destroy his home village as revenge for his abandonment. Normally, this would simply result in his immediate execution, but he was attempting to destroy it using psionic abilities, showing that he was one of the old clan bloodlines, before the foundation of Derscon as a unified nation. Xavier took interest in him afterwards, and took him in as an adopted son, of sorts. If things went well with the negotiations, he figured where he was going now, they would know how to raise him better than he necessarily could, for now.

Dersconi Colony
The shuttle shot out of the warp gate and into the space guarded by several orbital stations, as well as a small defender fleet. The captain of the shuttle (which was actually the size of a frigate) was putting in coordinates for Coruscant when Xavier stopped him.
"No, we're not going to Coruscant. Put in coordinates for Byss." The Captain nodded.
"Byss it is, then."

OOC: I'm taking a few liberties in order to save one-line posts. Hope you don't mind.
Byss
The executive shuttle shot out of hyperspace to the coordinates given to him in the letter he received. Neither Xavier nor the captain were particularly worried -- both have navigated difficult terrain such as this before -- but their hosts were kind enough to send an escort party for them.
After the navigation through the gravitational labyrinth, they finally landed where they were directed, and Xavier waited for his hosts to pick up the baton and start running. It was their turn now.
