Kampfers wishes to open diplomtic relations with your fine nation, and as such wishes to participate in an embassy exchange with you. Kampfers has a growing need to replace its aging Air Force, and the Gripen presents us with a complete solution. We wish to purchase the Domestic Production Rights to the JAS-39C/D Gripen.
