The Ando Motors stage was setup beautifully. A glowing blue and black backdrop with red lettering stood out in dramatic fashion with the lights dimmed in the area. This stage would be where the cars would be unvielled just a couple hours later. Once they were unvielled, the vehicles in their specificed locations would be uncovered to see up close and personal.

As music began to feed the excitement surrounding the unveiling of the new Ando Motors vehicles, smoke slowly crawled down the walls and from under the curtain, whiting out the stage as it began to blanket the crowd as it thinned out the further it went.

The deep blue lighting glowed mysteriously, beautifully fading and moving throught the cloud of white. Lasers, primarily blue and red, flashed and slashed through the cloud.

Suddenly, the music cut off. Instantly, the sound of a thunderous V8 boomed to life. With the sound of a burnout, the engine rawred.

The burnout stopped, spotlights turned on, and fans blasted the remaining cloud of smoke off the stage. Then, it was all clear. A beautiful black Ando Predator two-door coupe sat there, sitting on a rotating platform with its wheels cranked to the right. The 20" chrome wheels glissened in the spotlights, and out stepped Ando Motors CEO Hiroshi Ando from the drivers seat and Product Manager Jeff Wilson from the passanger seat.

"Welcome to the Vitalia International Auto Show! And welcome to Ando Motors!" announced Hiroshi.

"Today, you will be seeing the finest of automotive design and engineering available! Ando Motors, as you as well aware of, as a long-standing tradition of leading the automotive industry in technology, engineering, quality, and design. Craftsmanship is also number one here at Ando Motors." he continued.

Jeff stepped forward to meet Hiroshi at the front of the car. "Yes, thank you for joining us. You will be introduced to a number of new models to be seen next year at Ando Motors retail facilities across the globe! They will range from our all-new Medina, to the Predator you see you, all the way to our new Bull, Chiefy, and Alpha!

There is so much to be seen here, and only a matter of hours to introduce! So, with no further delay, let us introduce to you the all-new 2009 Predator!" Jeff exclaimed.

Along the angled walls on either side of the stage, large screens dropped down. On them, they began showing clips of the Predator driving in various areas.

A womans voice began to play, "Thank you for coming to Ando Motors. We wish to introduce you to the 2009 Ando Predator! The Predator has long been the leading vehicle in the full-size sedan and coupe category, offering striking looks, a comfortable and spacious interior, powerful engines, remarkable performance, and a smooth ride.

For 2009, we take all this even further. We started from the ground up with our all new Remarkus rear wheel drive platform, easily adaptive to the all new Active Handling All Wheel Drive system we have engineered. Add to that two newly engineered engines, our Quadcam 3.2 liter V6 with 280 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque and an available RT2 6.2 liter V8 putting out a massive 480 horsepower and earth shattering 520 pound-feet of torque. Which ever engine you may choose, you can have either a short-throw 8-speed manual transmission, or the worlds most advanced 7-speed Manutronic transmission.

All that power demands a strong frame and massive brakes. So, we have make the chassis 220% stronger. To stop the Predator are standard 14" slotted and cross-drilled rotors in the front and 13.5" slotted rear rotors. You may also opt for the performance-oriented 15" 8-pot front rotors and 14.5" 6-pot rear as a stand-alone option or as part of the performance subbrand Hot Laps.

Added to the heavily stiffened chassis are the independant rear suspension and limited slip differential allow for excellent handling characteristics without being tortured with a race-tuned suspension. However, choose the Hot Laps variant, and you will be ready for racing at the track with a stiffened suspension, among many other performance-oriented upgrades.

Topping all this off is a plush interior, many surfaces covered with leather or suede including the dash top, seats, doors, and so much more. Also, admire the tasteful touches of real brushed aluminum and burl wood, along with chrome accents throughout the cabin. All this wrapped in beautiful sculpted, aerodynamic sheetmetal.

For additional information, and any questions, please feel free to ask Hiroshi Ando or Jeff Wilson. Thank you."

Quetzalcoatl Nochtli arrived to the 1st Annual Vitalia International Auto Show. This was actually the first visit he had made personally to ViZion. The twenty-seven year old Tlatoani (Premier) of the Aztec National League seemed right at home at the car show, however. Without having to worry about his wife, who opted to stay home (and didn’t share his passion for cars), he and his friend and personal security guard, Commander Xihuitl Ixtacin could hang out and check out some of the best cars in the world.

Xihuitl looked around at the surrounding people – despite the many different people there, the two Aztecs stood out from the crowd. Although dressed in modern, casual clothing, the two were rather dark in completion in comparison to most of the people there. Furthermore, both had shoulder length hair – although that was typical for a male in the ANL, some would be surprised by their appearance. Finally, since both saw heavy, hand-to-hand combat battle and had long stints in the military, they were both more rugged and athletic looking. Xihuitl said to his friend, “Hmmm, I wonder if there we’ll meet any interesting women here.”

Quetzalcoatl shook his head and said, “You can do what you want; just don’t start a war or break down relations with our comrades. I on the other hand am restricted politically and to the honor for my family and son.”

Their conversation was interrupted by the display from Ando Motors. Hearing the commotion going on, they naturally went to that exhibit first. The sound of the V8 engine and sub sequential burnout, plus the light show was certainly captivating. Nochtli however could not help but notice that the media wasn’t hounding him constantly or following him around. It actually was a nice change from the usual mob that followed him.

Quetzalcoatl smiled and joked with his friend, “I know front wheel drive has its place, but I swear, the best cars have to be rear wheel drive.”

Xihuitl chuckled, yet tried to remain undisruptive to the presentation, “Agreed…I’m certainly glad that the proposed plan in the Red Guard to create front wheel drive military vehicles failed. We in the Jaguar Warriors would never let that happen.”

“It would be a dishonor to the military and every warrior in the ANL.” Quetzalcoatl jested back.

As the two viewed the impressive Predator, Quetzalcoatl said “This should give the automotive world a good run for its money.”

After watching the car for a bit longer, Quetzalcoatl walked up to the edge of the stage to ask a question. Once either Hiroshi or Jeff came over, the Premier asked, “When will this car be available for export?”

On the VLT stand, meanwhile, the salesmen had finished polishing the last of the cars. Every single car available outside Van Luxemburg was on display, and even a model exclusive to Van Luxemburg itself had been flown in to be shown to the public and look into the possibilities of launching the Roadster (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12750206&postcount=124) worldwide. It had been placed in the center of the display, illuminated by large amounts of lighting, in order to attract attention.

In a more quiet part of the display, VLT Commercial Vehicles exhibited two vehicles, being the M5 Military Truck (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=522266) and the C5 Environmentally-friendly bus (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=531680). The M5 was placed in a scene of debris and sand, as if it was ready to travel across any possible sort of soil. The C5 could be freely accessed, to inspect the inside of the magnificent design, or to check how the ergonomy inside had been perfected.

In another part of the display, Monteluci displayed their single model, the Duca (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12497760&postcount=13). However, to show that Monteluci had class and style, a small high-class bar had been placed next to the car, where one could rest from the long trips across the Auto Show's display floors. Meanwhile, salesmen guided people around the many cars that were exhibited by VLT itself, and told everythign about the cars in an enthousiastic manner. They were confident that VLT could beat the world's other automobile manufacturers with great ease, and tried to convince others of the same with their enthousiastic stories about the cars, while refraining from the 'slick' sales methods used by some manufacturers. It all came down to service, VLT was convinced. Therefore, everything available on the stand, from coffee and drinks to books and high-quality brochures, was free, except for the cars, ofcourse. This would be a great opportunity to market VLT around the world, they hoped.

In the Shogun area, the Shogun X1150 was being shown off. This hyper sport bike has a gorgeous woman in swim wear showing it off, while talking to customers. Next to it, a flat panel TV showed the specs:

-1150cc displacement engine
-210 horse power
-14000 RPM redline
-189 MPH top speed

Techno music played in the background as red neon lights and green lasers shown in the display area.

Shogun was also showing off its B990 super bike, along with another beautiful model in swim wear walking about it as she showed the bike off.

The tall thin man in the blue tricorner hat and silk suit, made sure the displays were neat and orderly. There was a single car there, The Dynamic Motors, PPC-- Public Private Consortium, Manta, a silver colored two seat sports car, with green trim.http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=531464&highlight=manta+commonalitarianism&page=2 The car glistened from its recent polishing. He had opened the back to display the engine, there were six miniturbines over a lithium ion polymer battery.

Next to the car was a display Hyprogreen, high performance biofuel, a sign read 78% biodiesel, 18% ethanol, 2% comixing agent, and 2% high performance additives. A big display showed the different parts of the car-- the aeroshell, t-bone lightweight alloy frame, and various other features.

There were small packets of business cards and a few folders on a stand. He also had set up a few tables and chairs to sit down. Complementary bottles of watter, blocks of chocolate with a picture of the Manta on it, and even a basket of small toy manta cars were left out for taking.

In addition, there was a big screen which continuously ran a story about the features of the manta, it was about five minutes long.

The Predator roared to life again, and, with a smoky burnout, whipped around and blast off the stage. At that point, the curtains surrounding the Predator kiosk were drawn up, and lights turned on so that people could get up close and personal with the car.

In the mean time, back on the stage, they prepared for the C-segment Medina in coupe as well as hatch form to pull up.

Terry Atwood stood up on the stage to introduce the new light pick up truck the "Safari", and said "I welcome you ladies and gentlemen, to see two new cars we've introduced today, we are part of Van Luxenburg Automotive Group as you know, so these will be in the future have some facelifts, this light truck, will get 65-70 Miles Per Gallon. I know very impressive, and I don't mean estimated miles per gallon either, I mean those numbers were our real world results. Not only that, it comes with vinyl seats, and sat-nav with iPod intergation standard, and more impressive features if you want to add on it, I introduce you the Safari!" The Safari rolls out, and it looks like a 1967 Ford Ranchero , only with newer styling and he grinned and said "This will be out for 15,500$ in Calizorinstan, but as Afterburner opens up more dealerships, it'll come to more nations.
Now onto the Thunderbolt. It is supposedly the fastest car in Calizorinstan, it'll go up to 250 m.p.h, it get's that power from a 720 horsepower turbocharged V12,but we've made such good advances that it gets 31 m.p.g in our real world testing which means, you can have your cake and eat it too. It is the prettiest car I have ever seen personally, and the most futuristic, you'll have to agree when you see it..." He gave the signal and the Thunderbolt drove out on the stage, it's mighty power evident, and it revved it's engines, and it looked like a Ford GT90, but more futuristic.

Display lots 6A and 6B had been carefully set up for the vehicles of the Perim Nealon Regal Group. With the coupes and sedans of the Morningstar Motor Company in lot 6A and the vehicles of the higher end New Frontier Motor Company in lot 6B, the entire international catalogue (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=529531) of the PNR Automotive Division was present.

Both lots of the PNR Automotive Division were dimly lit, save for rotating displays that showcased the vehicles themselves. Each and every vehicle was safely parked on a slightly elevated platform, a few steps up, which slowly rotated and was lit by the powerful white light of massive spotlights. Young women, employed as much for their technical knowledge as their attractive looks, stood at the ready beside each and every vehicle, providing a guided tour for those guests who wished to have a closer look and smiling brightly at those who didn't.

While press and public alike moved with interest through the various displays, reading informational stands and chatting with company representatives, most guests to lots 6A and 6B eventually found their way to the space that had been set aside in the space between the two lots, just as the PNR planners had intended. A competition vehicle from the Union Production Car Racing League rested in an elevated display, the ads on its body bright and vibrant and a history of the car's performance to date displayed for the curious. A raffling station was situated nearby as well, allowing visitors to enter their names for a draw that would occur later. Both of these attractions were partially intended to bring guests towards a trio of displays manned by PNR representatives, offering pamphlets and information about the export and sale of the cars on display, and a large display stage hidden behind a curtain, which would be unveiled once the time was right.

"This vehicle will actually be available for export in just a couple of months. Are you interested in importing these to your nation?" Hiroshi asked.

Quetzalcoatl turned to his friend and said in Nahuatl, the indigenous language of the ANL “You can go pester the women, if you wish…or better yet, look at the cars and don’t let your hormones get us into an international situation. This may take a while.”

Xihuitl nodded, but looked around before leaving. He was pretty sure that the Premier would be pretty safe. After a second, he stepped aside and wandered off towards the other displays.

Quetzalcoatl went back discussing the issue at hand with Hiroshi Ando, “Allowing for the importation of foreign products may take a couple of months through the Aztec legislature. I’m sure something can be worked out.”

"Wonderful..." Hiroshi said, "I'm sorry, what is your name, sir?" he asked. "And what may come up as possible road blocks to the importation of Ando Motors vehicles?"

“My apologies, I should’ve introduced myself. My name is Quetzalcoatl Nochtli, and although I don’t want to sound arrogant, I am the Tlatoani, or Premier of the Aztec National League. As for barriers, any international business deal must be approved by the second house of my nation’s legislature – the Tlatocayotl Tlactli. Some of the members of the party leadership are known for their rather fundamentalist attitudes on protectionism. While generally, our policies have leaned towards protectionism, certain markets, such as the automotive market, are much more relaxed.”

"Quetzalcoatl Nochtli, it is great to meet you in person! I should have recognized you! I must say, we look highly upon your nation, a great ally of ViZion.

Now, on the matter of business, I am glad that your automotive industry is willing to accept competition to improve the market and to allow vehicles to only improve, making your own brands that much stronger!

If you will excuse me for a moment, however, I must make a very important announcement. I will be back in a few moments. Feel free to have a drink over at our cocktail lounge." Hiroshi said, pointing off to the side over to a small bar with two bartenders hussling to get peoples drinks.

Hiroshi walked to the back of the stage, and he could be seen greeting another man. This man was Darry L. Trephin, Chief Executive Officer of Trephin Automotive.

There had been rumors of a merger between the two larger brands, however nothing had ever been confirmed. This, however, was shocking to the automotive press in ViZion to see Mr. Trephin being greeted on stage by Hiroshi Ando himself.

The two men walked forward, and stopped near the front of the stage. Hiroshi then began;
"There has been rumor of a merger between the two great automotive companies in ViZion, Ando Motors and Trephin Automotive." he said, pausing. The ViZionarian automotive press was in shock.

"We are pleased to announce that this merger has been agreed upon, and signed off by myself and Mr. Darry L. Trephin as of this morning. As such, Ando Motors and Trephin Automotive will, hereforth, be known as Ando-Trephin Motors.

With that, there will be a few new models to be introduced today that you are not aware of. Now, we shall allow you to get back to your business, and we will continue on with the introduction of our new products in half an hour!" Hiroshi finished. He then shook hands with Darry Trephin once again. Darry headed off to the back of the stage, while Hiroshi made his way back to Quetzalcoatl Nochtli.

"I'm sorry about that, it was time to shack up the automotive industry. Now, back to what we were talking about." he said.

As Hiroshi went to take care of this business, Quetzalcoatl walked over to the bar. Seeing that there wasn’t much of a line, he didn’t wait long. Although he noticed that the bartenders had tequila and mexcal on them, he wasn’t looking for something that strong right that second. Instead, he ordered a glass of red wine and after paying and leaving a tip, he listened to the announcement of the merger.

When Hiroshi came back to him, Quetzalcoatl said politely, “Good luck on this merger; I’m sure both your domestic and international investors are a bit surprised right now.”

Taking a quick sip of his wine, Quetzalcoatl went back to discussing imports and exports. “As you know, my nation’s car manufacturers are starting to try and make a serious stake in the automotive world. At the same time, the state has been looking for ways to improve our international standing in the world. While at first they balked at the idea, both the automotive companies and their labor unions have stated that they are willing to allow Ando Mo…er, make that Ando-Trephin Motors and other some other foreign companies to get involved with the market back home.

Realizing that the process was a bit complicated to explain, he took another drink of his wine. “How we usually do trade negotiations with private firms run down like this: you send a few representatives to testify before a joint committee between the Tlatocayotl Tlactli and the Commission of Economists, explain to them what your plans are, answer questions and such. After that, they’ll submit legislation to approve the deal to the full Tlatocayotl Tlactli with a pass or do not pass recommendation. After that, the whole senate will vote on it and then I’ll have to sign it and see to it that it’s taken care of.”

Now, Quetzalcoatl, as far as the negotiation, when can we setup this meeting? I would be pleased to send a few people in as early as a week from now. Will that work?" Hiroshio asked.

Those in front of the PNR's central display were treated to the jazz stylings of a woman and her accompanying piano as the evening drew to a close. The woman, a successful jazz artist named Amy Croswell, had been featured promoting various vehicles from the PNR as part of a recent high profile celebrity endorsement campaign in the Democratic Colonies.

Light applause rippled through the crowd as Croswell finished her latest song and began another, the classic Fly Me to the Moon. Croswell seemed to embody many classic ideas of beauty that night as she sang and played her piano. The piano was a polished midnight black, a shade that matched perfectly the dark colour of Croswell's perfectly fitted cocktail dress, and contrasted starkly with her vibrant white skin.

"Fly me to the moon," sang Croswell sweetly, before the massive curtain that had shielded the rest of the stage from view fell away.

"And let me play among the stars," came the continuation from a voice previously unheard. The audience erupted in applause as it became visible that this new voice belonged to Diana Krall (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diana_Krall), one of the Democratic Colonies' most beloved musicians.

"Let me see what spring is like, on Jupiter and Mars," continued the pair in what was now a duet. As the two women sang, a pair of vehicles slowly rose on platforms, going from hidden away beneath the stage to slightly elevated above it.

The vehicle on the left was a Morningstar Meteor (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/JC_Denton/NS%20Colonial%20Products/Clipboard01-2.png), while the vehicle on the left was a New Frontier Luna (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/JC_Denton/NS%20Colonial%20Products/Clipboard02-2.png). Both were high performance coupes, fitted with long hoods and hextuple headlights, but while the Meteor seemed more conventional in design, the Luna in comparison was much more exotic. The Meteor was traditionally muscular, the Luna, with its sweeping curves and bold lines, seemed like a vehicle from another world.

Krall and Croswell finished their duet to the applause of the audience, before proceeding to deliver a well rehearsed introduction of the two vehicles behind them.
The Phoenix Milita

Jason Winters looked out over the scene and was quite impressed with all of the cars that were on display. He was excited to be at the show and it was his first official business trip. Winters, a newly minted public relations executive, had spent most of his 5 years at Phoenix Dynamix Motors writing magazine and radio ads for PDM motorcycles. Before that he bounced from job to job at newspapers and ad-agencies after being released from his job writing propaganda for the military. He was ready to bounce from his PDM gig when they sprung the promotion and this trip on him out of the blue and. Jason would celebrate his 30th birthday in a few weeks and this trip was just what he needed to keep from feeling "old". His mind wandered for a bit before he made his way over to Display 10A where the crew had just finished setting everything up. Huge flat screen video monitors displayed a number of PDM vehicles speeding and maneuvering on racetracks, in the mountains, on city streets, and just about everywhere else. While it was only the Slimline Limousine (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/tpmlimo.jpg) and a pair of Redline Special Edition convertibles (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/redlinespecial.jpg) that were on display, the real thing that was being shown off here was the Phoenix Dynamix Motors brand. PDM has a number of exclusive contracts and moderate overseas sales but dealerships in only one foreign nation. Even with several affordable, high quality models for sale, PDM's share of the international auto market was sub par at best. The best salesmen in The Phoenix Milita were on hand; there weren't any sleazy car dealers here, only top marketing executives, researchers, actors, psychologists and former supermodels. There were some eye scantly clad eye-candy models as well, after all what car show would be complete without them.

The Phoenix Milita World News crew was going to film some of foreign cars but it would pay special attention to the Phoenix Dynamix display, even though TPM citizens were bombarded with PDM ads already.

Winters walked over to his spot behind the desk with a huge PDM logo on it and sipped on bottle of water, and watched as his associates got to work.
