ooc: hi there. i thought i'd wait until i had a decent sized counry before building a military. my country is an island so a navy is most important.
OC: The Emperor wishes to expand the armed forces of EFC (known as the Marine). Therefore, we are offering contracts to arms industries to supply our military with either production rights or completed products, depending on cost.
We will be offering 3 contracts, 1 for each branch of the Marine (Army, Air Force, Navy) for ease of ammuntion supply and accquisiton of any necessary spare parts. Note. the Air Force contract will cover all aircraft across all 3 branches.
Further contracts for individual products will be negotiated after the suppliers are chosen.
