CARMINA GADALICA-Film Director Sakura Taisen has announced her latest project, Cheif a biographical film about the late Island Leader Kino Turell (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=530658) who was recently found dead by Aleardin soldiers. "A nobel man deserves a tribute." Taisen told the Movie Reporter. "It's time for the world to know who this man was." Taisen who has recently finished the screenplay has also wrapped up pre-production and is ready to go into production. Taisen and her casting director Miyuki Hanajima (C.S.K.) have put out an open casting call for participants of both major and minor parts. Taisen desires people fluent on Russian, Kurma, English, or Sweedish. (Though not a major requirement) Kids 7-14 years of age are welcome to be apart of it (Parental premission required)
Warning: Taisen plans on shooting in heavy tropic climates, with tempratures expected to soar well over 100 degrese Fahrenheit. While costuming may not be heavy, it can be pretty tough for thoes well subjected to cold climates. If this applies to you, you are doing this at your own risk. OOC: Red Tide wont be participating in this, infact, ICly, they've already made up their minds on banning it. I would just like to point out something.

You've listed three 'officers' as, what I am assuming are, Red Tideans. The Red Tidean Intellegince-Commissarat refers to its agents as 'Commissars', and they dont have names, they lose those when they have the Hallucagenic Control Collar strapped on to them. Instead, they're given serial numbers.

For example:

'Commissar-432114' is either a enlisted man or a none-commissioned commissar in the Intellegince-Commissarat. The number is randomly assigned.

(OOC: I assumed as much you have a special way of marking soliders. I also assumed information from your country is tightly controlled that no one would know the actuall methods or names. So Taisen made up names and characters while writing. But thanks for the info)
