As the dust settled from Jarridia's Operation: ViZionarian Freedom, the cease fire stopped the deaths of millions and million of soldiers from both sides on the conflicts.

It appeared Doomingsland had managed to wrestle Italy and Tunisia from ViZion's graspes at this time. Luckily, ViZion's remaining claims, being far enough away from the conflict arena that be the Mediterranean Sea, had managed to escape damage. The infrastructure remained intact, and ViZionarians began coming home from nations across the globe. The same was true of many of ViZion's largest companies, most of which moved into Jarridia until conflicts end. They, too, were returning home.

Cities that had been turned into fortress' and airports into airforce bases were returning to normal. The military remained on high alert, however.

Families began to replant themselves, businesses began to rebuild. However, things would not be able to return to normal just like that. ViZionarian cash flow was severely cutdown, and its bank was nearly empty. Its people were tired, worn out from the deadliest war in ViZionarian history, and the only one to be brought with any such success onto its own glorious land.

Even so, ViZion moved on to rebuild its self. It knew it must. The past could not be changed. They could only work on the present and build for the future, looking hopefully into it.

Vitalia, ViZion - along the southern coast of ViZion's Angolia claim - was named ViZion's new capital. There was speculation that it would be renamed New ViZion City, however nothing official was announced. What was known was that it would be build to the specifics of ViZion City of yore - vast, beautiful, and active. The rest of ViZion would follow suite, looking to bring in tourism for the first time since the country had gone into Civil War.

As you are a member of the WWA and a beloved friend of Jarridia, I have forwarded records to the WWA Headquarters requesting immediate mobilization of Security Forces to ViZion and the use of WWA Monetary Funds to aid in rebuilding. We have never met in person. It will be a great pleasure to meet the lady who leads ViZion's greatest ally of all times. The past few days have been strainful on our alliance. However, the Jaro-ViZo Alliance was sealed in blood by the two great leaders of Jarridia and ViZion, Hiro Chiefy Ando and Jarrod Branam. That seal shall never be broken, certainly not after you have lost two cities and hundreds of millions of your brave men and women to attempt to liberate our Italian and Tunisian claims.

I would like to also personally thank you for your aid you are offering us now. It is sorely needed and graciously accepted.

Greetings President Kilo, as acting head of the Grand Duchy of Tarlag I bring offered aid and a request. I would like to offer the services of our Military Engineers on building bridges, roads and any infrastructure you need improving. This is offered out of friendship and an apology for being unable to liberate your homeland. The Grand Duke himself from his hospital bed has given the instructions for this as he put it " His most heart felt apology the failure of our military. "
As for the request, currently the Grand Fleet and the fleets of our allies are proceeding down the West cost of Africa and would like to take shelter in one of your Angolan ports to repair from the damage taken in the Med.
We do not make this request lightly. My Government understands the Danger Doomingland represents and now they may wish to finish the job on your troubled nation. My reason for making the request is as follows
1) Many of our ships and vessels of our allies are damaged and may not make it back to home waters with out at least some repair.
2) To offer what protection we can to you in case Doomingland or their allies wish to attack you.
3) A area to respond from if Jarridia Portugal is invaded. Jarridias sudden surrender is seen by our military as a stab in the back but his Duke's Government understands their reasons and will offer aid in case Doomingland and / or their allies break the cease fire.
4) Organize the Allied forces in case reason two or three happen.
If your Government cannot grant our request we under stand and will still freely give you the aid we have promised.

On behalf of the Regents of the Empire of Xeraph, I wish to extend to you and the citizens of ViZion our deepest apologies for being unable to aid you in the re-aquisition of your rightful territories. ViZion and Xeraph have long been allies and friends. Back in the days when President Branham and (then) King Alaric were mere youngsters, a bond was forged that has lasted to this day. Know that it will be so as long as the Empire stands.

I wish to inform you that, if approved by your government, Xeraph will be sending the 3rd and 72nd AI Engineering Corps to aid in the reconstruction of your lands. Also, our bankers are now arranging the transfer of fifty billion dollars to your coffers.

If it is amenable to you, I would like for the AI Engineers to include the construction of a multi-force base on the southern shores of Angola for the berthing of a multi-national fleet, including Xeraph's. Our preliminary plans indicate the building of approximately 550 docks, 17 million square feet of warehousing/manufacturing, a state-of-the-art office complex with TransBeam capabilities, and tentative plans for an armor/missile/infantry intra-base to include barracks for 5 million personnel, hangars for 2200 missiles of various designations, and underground chambers for approximately 350 MBTs. Future thought/plans are for the construction of 3-4 AirBases in your other Sub-Saharan African holdings.

It has been a long time since we (and I include Jarridia) have gotten together informally. Perhaps something can be arranged to also include the other ALF allies. If so, I would be pleased to hold it in our new capitol of Ravennii.

Until then, we hope to meet with your leaders and discuss the reconstruction needs of your nation. While we have little to give, we are prepared to accept large numbers of refugees from the Doomani wars.
