Dear World Leaders,

We are holding an airshow at March AFB, 62 miles north of San Diego Airport, of our capital, this will promote goodwill between all nations, and this will be a chance for all the nations that participate to show off their goods, and impress the crowd with their flying skills, we sincerely hope you can make it, good times will be had by all.

Good Day,
Foreign Minister John Macked

IC:

The airshow preparations were already underway, before the letter reached the nations even, they were preparing, the 6 B-70 Valykries were being fueled up for the airshow, this was the first chance for Calizorinstan to show the world of it's tactical might, and it wasn't easy, it was the first time that 6 B-70's were being readied for an air show in Calizorinstan ever, and it was also a new type, meanwhile, the 15 MIG 1.44 Flatpack fighter's were also being readied also.

Meanwhile, John Macked read the flight manuel for the B-70 bomber, today was going to be his first flight in a B-70, and he was preparing for all he could, and he was hoping to impress Jenny, Saya, the Dags, Mick and Ed, with it, for they probably except Ed he ventured, had never seen a B-70 in operational service..

Invitations were handed, with the exception of John and Jenny, to the QCS member's for VIP seat's at the airshow, with some handwritten note from John saying "I'll buy you all drink's at the bar tonight..."

OOC: Three questions.
1: Is this open enough for me to send a few planes.
2: Does national alliance matter? Because I consider my nation unaffiliated with both QCS and other major alliances and would like to keep that.
3: How will this event take place? As in how will it be RPed or otherwise done.

OOC:

1. Yes, it is very open.
2. It doesn't matter, it's just a zombie removal squad that my foreign minister's part of, we invited the squad members.
3. It'll be RP'ed, we're setting up the airshow, and the VIP people will RP arriving at the field, and looking at the static display plane's, and watching the aerial display plane's, good and clear I hope?

From the Office of External Relations

We would like to set up a display at your air show, as we have been informed it is becomming an international event. We have a number of aircraft we can bring which can be portrayed in both static and airborn displays, pending information regarding the space avalible. We would be more then willing to provide static displays for our AVT-14 VTOL aircraft and our SLRB-130 heavy bomber, as well as flying demonstrations for our FJ-12, FJ-13, and FJ-14 fighters. The FJ-13 in particular promises to be an exciting show.
We must thusly ask, how much space is avalible, both in regards to time and land area, for international displays.

The air show will be 2 days, on Sunday the show last's form 8:30am to 10:30pm, and Monday, 10:30am, to 11:00pm, we offer free motel room's on base for your men, we look forward to seeing your men at the show,

The 6 B-70 "Valkyrie/Velcioraptor" bombers were being fueled up on the flightline, John Macked was all suited up, and he climbed the long climb into the B-70 cockpit, this would be a pre-flight before the actual airshow itself, he had read the instruction manuel carefully, and as soon as the fuel cart disconnected from the B-70, John started the bird, he knew their would be loud noise, but at the airshow it seems that crowds would love the noise...

He taxied it to the hold line, and as soon as tower gave him permission to take off, he began the takeoff roll, with the engine's thundering behind him, he lifted the bird off the ground...

Mr. Macked,
We would be honored to participate in your air show. We have several advanced demonstrators that we'd like to show. We also plan on exhibiting several craft on static display. However, as this is our first air show in another nation, we are a bit nervous, so anything you could do to better accommodate our staff that will be on hand would be appreciated.

Respectfully,
Dr. Jules Hodz

RE: airshow

While we do not have a contingent ready for the air show we would like to send a team of observers. As we are building a military from the ground up, it would be wise for us to learn as much as is possible before we spend our limited budget on expensive aircraft.
